“I am a regular customer of Approved Food, I cannot fault their service. Orders are processed with very quickly and seem to be delivered in no time at all. Over the 4 years I have been a customer the range of products has increased dramatically, with many unknown items that have turned out to be real bargains! The addition of the Premium Health section has been great. I would just like to add a great big thank you to everyone involved in the business, you are all a credit. Keep up the good work. “i occassionally top up my cupboards with products from approved foods and been with them a long time and you get really good deals and save money which is what is about these days, people worry to much about dates which are a guide and with the amount of waste these days this is the ideal company to save with, there bargain boxes they do for a pound which is a lucky dip as a surprise what you get i was real happy with this months one”

“I was very pleased with how well the food was packaged and how quick it arrived. If I have a moan it's cos they substituted my popcorn for some horrid coconut chips - I love my popcorn!”

“Good generally but when buying something as a gift it would be useful to have info on packaging etc as some products have stickers on or boxes are bashed. I appreciate the reduction in the price but an option to can account for this but maybe a symbol to show suitability would be helpful”

“I once asked if a product was vegan it was so many WEEKS before I got an answer I had forgotten which food I asked about. Last box took 8 days to arrive came smashed, this is the customer support response I get a request to write a review.”

“Thrilled with the whisky advent box. Some of your offers are amazing but when they are limited to only 1 and of course that’s fair it does make it hard to justify postage unless you buy other things . Maybe limit to 2 ? Fantastic site.”

“Always a great selection of goods at excellent value. The recent move to DX as delivery agents looks to have worked ok. The only reason I've marked 4 stars and not 5 is that occasionally the delivery seems to take a long time to "pick".”

“Not as cheap as it used to be, but there are plenty of great savings to be had. The lower delivery charges are most welcome, particularly now that so many of us are struggling financially. I would gladly recommend Approved Food as I use the site very often.”

“Would of been 5* if they updated the order status, Being Processed when i in fact have my box with no notice. They stock well known products as well as unknown gems to find with great prices, Never seem to take longer an 3 days and well pack with air bags. Never had an damaged item yet, Worth trying out in my view.”

“Very good overall. I think the delivery charge is reasonable and they left the package in a safe place. Would have given 5 stars of they had delivered faster. But all in all I'm happy and will use again”

“your service is very good, but the delivery service (DX) does not compliment your buissiness. they emailed to say my order was delivered at 9.16am, but was not infact delivered until 4.21pm, which ment my daughter had to take a day off work.”
