“Good to know we're using groceries that may have been thrown away otherwise. Convenient delivery and well packaged, however: we couldn't select a specific time for delivery and the boxes were full of those very annoying polystyrene Wotsits that get everywhere when you try to unpack!”

“All went very smoothly with my first Approved Food order. The correct items arrived only two days after my order was placed, the delivery company kept me well informed about the delivery time, so no time was wasted waiting - all in all, better than I'd expected. I'll use the service again, although it'll be some time before I need any more bread flour, I bought so much!”

“I recently made a purchase and had a £10 voucher to spend, it wouldn't take the voucher at the checkout. I contacted customer service and they were fantastic and credited my account with the amount instead. They are always excellent and anytime I have had an issue it has been sorted straight way. Cannot fault them!”
