“Brilliant Company. Good value products and fast delivery. Only criticism, is that you do not always mark your products as Suitable For Vegetarians/Vegans. Have to keep looking products up on website, which is a bit of a pain. You could improve on this.”

“I have had several orders delivered by Approved Food Ltd. and have always been pleased with the quality of the items I purchased. Even after paying the delivery charge, I have always saved money. The only problem is, that with so much to choose from, it takes me quite a while to select items to buy.”

“Very impressed with the 2 day delivery scheduled but very disappointed with DX Express delivery service. They said I was not in and I definitely was and had to wait a further 3 days. Also I left instructions to leave in the greenhouse if by any chance I had to go out which I did not.”

“Really happy with products but unfortunately when I placed my order was charged £9 for postage only to discover I could have Free postage through e- Mail. This was most disappointing.”

The Free Delivery codes deduct £3 off of the final shipping charge of the order, making a standard one box order free of delivery. “Very good deals and service from Approved Food as usual but very disappointed with delivery this time. Delivery was due Monday but never arrived, I didn't take too much notice as with covid things have been delayed although I didn't hear any more about my delivery. When I checked the tracking on the delivery it was saying it had been delivered and left with Steve on Monday. I knew this wasn't true as Steve was away with work on Monday. I checked with both neighbours, neither had my parcel. I randomly went and checked by my bins and there was my very wet parcel that had been outside in the pouring rain all day Tuesday. Not even a card put through my door. Why didn't my tracking say it had been put by the bins? At least then I'd it wouldn't have sat outside for 2 days and wouldn't be soaking wet. Luckily it was just the box that was ruined and all the food inside was fine. Nothing to do with Approved Food I know but think you should be aware of the service your getting for your money.”

“Sadly I cannot review my order - I would love to but after 4 e mails telling me they are going to deliver ( one even showing me a map where the van contains my order was very close and an expected time slot) DX has failed to deliver it. I have been a very happy Approved food customer for many years but will not order again as the delivery company’s service is appalling”

“Ordered a large bulk of dog food, great price with great dates (middle of next year) on them! Delivery was very quick and well communicated. Delivery driver was extremely polite! Will definitely use again!”

“I paid for chicken soup and you send a minestrone soup.What is that ??I paid for a certain item and you treated me like I was in queue to a foodbank.At least you should send a message saying we were run out ot that stock would you prefer something else..”
