“Mislead by unclear or incorrect offers, one example was a special offer of £10rrp down to a special price of £5 which ended up being for just 5 short dated cans of Coca Cola Zero (3 of which had blown out of shape), rather than the cases labelled 24 x 330ml which were pictured, the description didn’t say it was for just individual cans either and at that price who’d have guessed. The price being far more than the price of non short dated Coca Cola Zero cans on offer in our local Morrissons which worked out at 24p per can. So disappointed when I opened that, our first delivery, and it took well over a week for DX to deliver too. It was just a shame I’d put in another order by the time this one actually was delivered. Perhaps it was just mistakes and unfortunate with the delivery too but my experience is 2 out of 10.”

“Excellent service, the products are well packaged to prevent breakages of glass jars etc. The food is always really good, the prices are fab. The only complaint is that the fizzy drinks are pretty much flat which is just an issue of age. In that instance the BBE date is probably a good one to stick to. None of the products otherwise have been problematic and all taste perfectly good. I will continue to use this service, as I highly rate and recommend it.”

“Approved foods may be ok but there delivery company of choice DX needs to be looked into, First delivery day Tue nothing then told Wednesday again nothing then told Thursday nope O coming Friday now, again nothing, contacted DX direct told coming today Saturday you guessed it nothing, 6 days none deliverys even finally got my delivery 13 days after putting order in, the food is out of date but a lot more so, by time delivery comes, check reviews for DX”

“I have contacted the company, but not yet had a response. Inc in my order was starbucks coffee, this had a best buy date of 05/02/21 but sadly its undrinkable. I also purchased Celebration chocolates , use by date 15/11/2020. Some of them have a white coating on so I'm a bit unsure to use them. Waiting for a response Now responded and received a credit”

“Bought 2 boxes of celebrations amazing value, £15 for 2 huge boxes and bought some infused oils and 10 bottles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing all taste amazing and great price, delivery so fast.”

“The confectionary received was fine and my only gripe was that the Cadbury creme eggs were placed in the same box as the Kinder Bueno and unsurprisingly the Kinder fingers were damaged to varying degrees. It doesn't take the Brain of Britain to realise that, unless restrained, the heavy-weight creme eggs will act in this manner.”

“Expensive out of date food. 8 cans of coke for 6 pounds, tesco do the same for 4 pounds. The idea is people buy out of date food for cheaper, not for the same price or more as food that is in date. Won't be using again.”

“Check your order carefully, twice I have had parts of my order missing. When I requested the missing items were sent, I was advised they were out of stock. You can imagine my surprise when later that day I get an email telling me one of the items is one of their current deals! Check the price as some things are cheaper elsewhere, and have a much longer 'use by date'. I wont be using them again.”
