“I was told the day before I had to be in but you cold tell me what time the delivery would be. Then when the order finally arrived, a can of coke had burst making everything wet and sticky. Beer bottles were also badly packed and its a wonder they had not broken. Very little care seems to be taken when packing and delivering your orders.”

“I have been an Approved Food customer for many years now. Even though the company has grown significantly since those earlier days, they still have the best customer service, not many companies can say that. I have saved an absolute fortune over the years on many items which we regularly use as well as a few extras that we may not have been in a position to try. Fantastic company and great staff.”

“Have always been happy with the service and quality of goods. UNTIL YESTERDAY!! My order arrived and was missing an item which I had been charged for. Called and left a message and received a call back from Dean within an hour Dean then helped solved the problem promptly. Very impressed with the customer service.”
