“No live telephone answered. Always voice mail. Ordered 5 x lindt chocolatier chocolate Box 470g in my order for £25 but only received 4 boxes. Charged full amount fir my order. Emailed Approved Foods. Have to wait 24 hours for a response from them.”

“Ordered baby food was advised all the food is short dated not years out of date no chance on this earth would I feed my son food that’s out of date up to over a year that’s not short dated that’s for the bin ! My own fault should have read the description at the same time it shouldn’t be sold”

“Placed a substantial order arrived with jars of curry sauce broken as were insufficiently wrapped smothering the items in sauce and broken glass!! There only solution/apology ... 10% off your NEXT ORDER!!! I THINK NOT!!!”

“I will never use this company again . They missed vital items off the order and refused to replace them . They had the audacity to give me a credit note and only refunded my money when I told them I'd stop the PayPal payment . They have missed other deliveries . Customer services are shocking . AVOID , wish I had .”

“So I ordered a £1.00 lucky bag after reading about customers raving about how they got roughly about £15.00 worth off groceries for £1.00 So guess what I bought one for £1.00 And guess what I got ? 1 pot noodles & 1 can chick peas ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED”
