“Happy with product but did not realise best before date was 2017 is this still okay to use”

This is still completely safe to eat yes. The BBE dates are not the same as USE BY - Food that has passed its best before is safe to eat, but the flavour and texture may change over time - AF

“I have been shopping with Approved Foods for a few years, and i still find them fanatic, i do a lot of cooking and you get a very good, verity of products at very low prices, i also have recommend them to all my friends and on my FB page to other users that have a budget. so very happy with the fast service.”

“Order came really wuick and everything was carefully packed in a big box but seperated in smaller boxes and padded so nothing got spoilt. Bargains Just need to find a way to lower P&P”

“Great selection of products at amazing prices. Never had anything that was off or tasted less good than when in date. They are quick to put right any errors (not that I've had many in all the years I've been ordering) and the lucky boxes are incredible bargains. The only downside is that in the last couple of years they have stopped putting a plastic tie tape (not sure what you call the stuff) round the box which means it's really hard for someone with disabilities to get the box upstairs to their flat although I like the fact that it's less single use plastic.”

“Excellent prices. Products may just be out of date but all ok to consume. Special offers even better prices but don't last long - buy them when you see them or they won't be there when you revisit. Thanks for reducing wastage and for helping us save money!”
