“Great Service, good products but you have to be fast! Occasionally there are problems with items but I have found Customer Service to be thorough and helpful in resolving any issue, so there is no downside to this service in my opinion. You do have to be quick though as popular items sell out fast and your basket is time limited to stop hoarding and be fair to all the shoppers I guess! You can set up alerts for your favourite items too.”
