“Food fantastic delivery service very poor dumped my parcel in my mother's kitchen blocking the door would not bring in any further she's 4 and a half foot tall and in her late 70s in poor health he just said no and walked away”

“First time I've used Approved Food and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered a food box which came with a huge variety of things in it from chocolate to noodles and crisps. Also ordered jars of curry sauce, bags of pork scratchings and a mystery box of make-up/toiletries. Again what a great mix of things and some fantastic bargains too. Get over the fact that some items are past their 'best before' and get ordering and reduce unnecessary waste!”

“First the good news, I placed two orders and received them ok. Communications were good, the items were good. Now the not so good news, the carrier was shambolic. Initially good communications, but both deliveries missed the two hour time slot. Both arrived late and one was the next day. Ok, the deliveries arrived eventually, but I would not use DX delivery service if I had a choice. The first box was inadequately packed and arrived damaged, with the contents nearly spilling out. The second box was very well packed and arrived intact.”

“Really pleased. Easy to order, quick delivery, good value for money. Only issue was I ordered espresso martini popcorn & was sent marmite flavour. Would also be useful to be sent an inventory so you can make sure everything you ordered has arrived as my order was never itemised in my account.”

“I couldn’t see on my order how long delivery would take and was amazed to receive my order the next day with no ‘’next day’ delivery premium. My only dissatisfaction was that some items are limited to very small amounts.”
