“Only ever used Approved Food for online grocery shopping... the best and the cheapest... Rarely anything wrong but if there is it is sorted FAST... Great customer services team... Great Value and Great daily offers... and don't forget to look out for the lucky boxes...”

“I order from France on a regular basis and I am happy with the produce.However I have had numerous orders arriving badly packed e.g. heavy items on top of biscuits andcrisps squashing and breaking them. The boxes are not securely taped up with one piece of tape across the join often not covering the gap. The boxes usually arrive open and damaged.I now avoid ordering any glass bottles or jars as they often arrive broken. I hope this doesn't sound too negative. If the packing problem could be sorted out I would rate the service very good.”

“Always great bargains to be had with daily specials. Would like the Company to continue to focus on food products rather than the tendency to move into non food items such as toys and cosmetics which are a distraction. Good delivery turnaround and generally well packaged.”

“We often buy food like crisps and bulk buy items to add to our weekly shop. It’s frustrating that some items go quickly and navigating the numerous products can be daunting. Once you get past that there are bargains to be had and savings to be made preventing food waste.”

“I have had a couple of niggles with orders but overall my experience with AF has been a positive one. Most things are amazingly cheap and it's always clear if they have a short date or are out of date. One thing I find confusing is some of the prices, I have learned to always compare prices as some items listed on AF are vastly overpriced...eg, they have some nespresso coffee pods for £9.99 for 10with a rrp of £14.99. Nowhere are they anything close to the price they are for sale and definitely not on sale anywhere for the claimed rrp. Other than that I have gained a lot of savings from AF and ended up with some real bargains.”
