“use again. Items that were delivered were not as ordered. For example ordered banana strawberry and vanilla drinks -all received were cafe latte and no explanation. I ordered Bombay Mix x2 but received Chilli sticks which were dated September 2023. Also before paying there is a section asking if you require delivery or you will collect your order. There is however no method available to select collection. I emailed and telephoned numerous times for customer service assistance but did not receive any response whatsoever. Poor service. The concept is a good one but the abysmal service let’s it down. How they get repeat orders is beyond me.”

“It’s ok. Not too sure if I got what I order. I received a hodge podge of Cantu Shea Butter Curling Cream 340g, cantu leave in conditioner repair cream 453g and cantu coconut curling cream 340g. I can’t even remember what I ordered”

“I have used approved food a few times without a problem however my last purchase of ferrero richer was bad. Whilst I accept these are out of date these were 3years old and soft and inedible”

“Good quality items at a very reasonable price. However many great low price offers only allow 1 item and you then need to top up with others for the minimum purchase, plus delivery, hence the 4 stars. Delivery is always very good.”

“Great prices most of the time. Some not so cheap but you just have to check some against other sites before purchasing. Have had some really good bargains. Would be good to have a slightly lower minimum order; I would probably order more if this was the case as I just don't always want £25 worth of items. Glad out of date items not wasted though, really good idea. Nothing wrong with chocs etc just out of date or boxes bashed. Same goes for beauty items, high end ones for less, can't be bad.”
