“I returned to approved food after having lots of problems previously with deliveries and courier drivers. This time I am pleasantly surprised as delivery ok- time will tell, but so far so good”

“Absolutely disgraceful. Goods arrived in a damaged box. Dog food trays broken open, others mouldy. Baileys wafers - box open, contents crushed, Pepsi max totally flat, guests said, Pepsi tastes off - how embarrassing! Tried to call Approved Food, no reply or way to leave a message. I’ve sent emails repeatedly an all come back as undelivered. Can’t get them I’m FB. I’ve paid for stuff that’s totally unuseable and not been able to get contact with anyone for a week. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t use again.”

“Only found this store recently but already made two purchases - both of which were great. It's saving me money, and saving perfectly good food from going to landfill, which is wonderful. Everything I have ordered has been spot on, delicious and delivered really quickly. I thoroughly recommend this shop to everyone who understands that the label "best before" does not mean that the food is dangerous after that date, but perfectly edible for some time.”

“The products were great and none the worse for being a little over their bb dates. Unfortunately the packing box suffered quite a lot in transit resulting in some of the items bursting.”
