The chocolates were considerably out of date. The face mask was thin and quite useless.

I still have not received my order. What terrible service. I ordered on 1st October today is 14th and still no sign of it!!!

They send out damaged goods and then are reluctant to refund properly. Beware lucky dip. Who is going to 1.5kg bulk bag of coffee mate or bulk box of plastic miniature milk portions.

A low grade business run by a management team with no integrity. The product arrived dirty, covered in dust and I was advised by Alex (the manager) to return it at my own expense if I wanted a refund. After I placed my order, I could not track it, view a description of the product or see the invoice. The website kept giving me an error message every time I was trying to log in. The email confirmation only stated the order number, so it was not possible for me to see any information about my order. I’ve never experienced anything like that and I buy online all the time! There was no apology whatsoever and I’m shocked that you feel it’s ok for customers to receive their goods in such condition. I’ve reported this to the Trading Standards Authority, as Approved Foods deliberately mislead their customers by the inaccurate description of the products and then try to justify that by their T&C! Very poor. Never again!

Firstly I'm all in when it comes to saving money and this looked really good so onwards I looked at all of there goodies and thought this looks good what a great idea so I purchased in total £41 of my hard earned cash the night before i usually go for our weekly shopping thinking well I won't have to by this or that so a double saving YES the foods out of date but tins and packet stuff last along time and there were huge saving so I thought, NOW HERE COMES THE DISSAPOINTMENT AND Anger so I place my order wait 5 days nothing I email them to ask what the hold up is as they were very quick to take my money on there web site my order is waiting its like this for 5 days I complain and within an hour it's out for delivery I think they forgot about my order (I FEEL LIKE A JUDGE ORDER ORDER I NO NOT FUNNY) then it arrives 8 days after my order the delivery drivers is clever he puts it in my porch upside down not showing the soden cardboard leaking all over my floor SMASHED ITENS SHARDS OF GLASS EVERYWHERE THERE ARE THREE LITTLE BOXES WITHIN A BIG BOX so you think we will put the glass stuff in the middle give it some extra protection NO two hard for the packers (the protection for the glass products was next to nothing anyway) they put it on top hence I had chilli sauce and vindaloo sauce smashed dripping on all of the other products mixed in with broken glass I have picture if the company need proof most of the stuff was ruined and let's be fair here it's out of date food that I've paid £41 for and on top of all that they can't even get the order right missing items , no tea bags no chocolate 7 packets of crisps NO 10 PACK BUNDLE no chocolate so my family has ended up with very little of what we ordered all in all a total shambles ( I'd like to say stronger words but it wouldn't get published but u get the idea don't you) AVOID LIKE THE PLAG COVID do not buy anything from theese people wheeler dealers I should have known a total waste of my time and hard earned cash from a very annoyed southerner maybe that's why

Saw this company advertised on a Martin Lewis money saving site so sent an order in, didn’t get what I paid for and so far have received very shoddy customer service I won’t be using this company again as they charged me £23 for 5 bottles of soft drinks and 4 CANS of dog food, (instead of 4 x 6 packs) They didn’t reply to my first 2 emails then I received one back asking for a picture of the contents of the order I had received! Made me feel like they didn’t believe me! Not good practice especially with a new customer

terrible customer service, even worse delivery firm cant even deliver to the correct address or on time , and waste of time trying to sort it out as they are not interested, and this is on more than once this has happened,,, but it won't happen again as wont be ordering again

i kept getting emails about products so i thought i would indeed give it a go, save myself a few pence in the process, but will never buy again, food was all out of date, even the kids didnt eat it, will not buy again , nor will i tell anyone else to, a complete waste of time, money and effort, did not bother contacting the company as what's the point.,

Absolutely disgraceful. Goods arrived in a damaged box. Dog food trays broken open, others mouldy. Baileys wafers - box open, contents crushed, Pepsi max totally flat, guests said, Pepsi tastes off - how embarrassing! Tried to call Approved Food, no reply or way to leave a message. I’ve sent emails repeatedly an all come back as undelivered. Can’t get them I’m FB. I’ve paid for stuff that’s totally unuseable and not been able to get contact with anyone for a week. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t use again.

Great prices but Awful packaging. Last Summer 3bottle of Beer was broken and food arrived wet. However I did not complain. Last week they put coke on the bottom and 3kg flour on the top🤦‍♀️..of course all the cans exploded and food arrived wet again. Flour and a few things went to the bin straight away. I think it was last time I ordered from Approved food. 😣

Everything is basically the same price or more than the shop would have it, except it’s in date in the shop which defeats the object really.. when you have to add postage on this cost could be higher than the shop price. Deals aren’t great they entice you in with the few cheap bits that you’re paying for elsewhere, but also limit you to one of them which is rubbish when there’s say 3 in a pack and there’s 8 of you…

First few orders thought were "OK", but now cancelled my account, can buy some items in local shops at a cheaper price and still within the "best before date", and multi-packs in shops dont get split down to sell individually.

Sadly I cannot review my order - I would love to but after 4 e mails telling me they are going to deliver ( one even showing me a map where the van contains my order was very close and an expected time slot) DX has failed to deliver it. I have been a very happy Approved food customer for many years but will not order again as the delivery company’s service is appalling

The catfood had been crushed out of the tray, the box was soaking and zo were the boxs inside. Wont be ordering again.
