“The service was excellent and would have achieved 5 stars but the supposed installation delivery people were appalling. They looked for every reason not to install the machine and I ended up getting my husband to install it. This just sadly, for your excellent sales and processing staff, only just scratched a three.”

“The appliance hasn't been installed yet (awaiting worktop) but the service from Appliance Superstore was excellent. Laura in Sales was so helpful and made the whole process a lot easier by working out how much and what bits of ducting I needed. They also kindly held onto the hob while the kitchen was being fitted and sent it when requested safely packaged.”
