“Good customer service on the telephone. Delivery etc all went according to plan. My biggest complaint is that my fridge/freezer intended for UK use came with a European 2 pin plug. I am not quite sure what I was supposed to do with that!! Considering that it was very close to Christmas I had no choice but to keep hold of it and use an adaptor. Not really acceptable”

“Very pleased with the service. We ordered the washing machine on a Saturday and it was delivered on the Tuesday, and this was the week before Christmas. Also the price was more than 10% cheaper than we could find with any other online supplier. Would definitely buy again.”
