“We were in the unfortunate position to lose both our washing machines at the same time. Appliance Superstore received my order just before lunch and they delivered, unpacked and help carry them into the laundry by 7pm the same day. Not only was that impressive, they were cheaper than both the manufacturer and a large online retailer. In a worl of online retail "horror stories", These guy stood heads and shoulders above the rest.”

“We were really happy with the overall service from Appliance superstore. We ordered three different Miele appliances from them and all were delivered on a time, with no issues. “I purchased various home appliances mostly from the Miele brand and a Bora Classic 2.0 cooktop for our new home from Appliance Superstore in January 2023. For all the queries including the initial quote, I have received a swift response from the salesperson Laura. Cant appreciate her enough for the prompt responses and the best quote I have received in comparison to all other quotes that I have received from other vendors. She did respond to my after-sales-related inquiries within hours and guided me in the right direction. I would recommend "Appliance Superstore" 100% and I can say that you would get the best price when buying multiple appliances together.”

“Fantastic service from the moment I telephoned and spoke with Laura. The first time when purchasing a new appliance that we have not gone to John Lewis! Laura was very reassuring and answered all my queries. We purchased a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer and the prices were very competitive. A delivery date was agreed and we received a call to say they could arrive a few days early which suited us. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”
