“During the postal strikes, it was this company that notified me that an order for recovery had been issued by tfl. No letters were being delivered and tfl did not want to acknowledge that postal strikes were even happening. There were over 13 postal strikes from Sept to Dec 2022. The post office depot refused to let me collect my letters, they're still there! This company told me to look on the tfl website. They logged a complaint at court and got the ticket reduced from £270 to £80!!!”

“So I had a parking ticket from Highview Parking, from 5 years ago. The team at parking appeals have been absolutely wonderful. They respond quickly to anything and write good statements in your defense. The team managed to help with my ticket in which I only needed to pay the original cost, which was £60 instead of £360 hats off to this them. I would honestly totally recommend that everyone uses them to help fight tickets.”
