“I tried Parking Appeals fully to be disappointed and in effect be ripped off twice The other being Parking Eye. To say I was pleased to receive an email in days to say the ticket was cancelled is an enormous understatement. I will ensure I tell everyone I know, how to deal with any future tickets. Many thanks”

“Hi there, apologies for the delayed response. I would like to thank you for cancelling my ticket. However i would like to point out that i feel some people will be sceptical about using your services due to the fact on how you advertise your work online as it can come across as inauthentic. Also, communicating through whatsapp can seem dodgy to customers as it is not really a professional. Other than that everything else is fine. Many Thanks Abid Khan”

“A bit of a clunky process to start with, it would have been done sauer if one person dealt with my case start to finish. That said justice was done and the ticket was overturned. The service was quick too.”
