“We were assigned an account manager Kian who was really helpful and went the extra mile to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. He was always available and informative on what can be a scary part of buying a property abroad involving transferring large sums of money and he has been a pleasure to work with. “Matthew has been great right from the start. He gave us a good rate and made us feel that our money was secure and well looked after. Our situation was that the house sale was delayed by 3 months so Matthew had our Euros transferred into our Spanish bank account quickly and effortlessly, I highly recommend them”

“Kian Songra was assigned as our account manager to deal with money we needed to transfer for a Spanish house purchase and we are so glad we got Kian. He is friendly and knowledgeable and always contacted us when he said he would but he did not pressure us in any way, everything he advised would be done was done exactly how he explained. We will not hesitate in recommending 'Place in the Sun Currency' and will be using them again to transfer regular money over to Spain for us - big thankyou to Kian !”

“We have just purchased our house in Spain and this process was made so much easier with the help of Kian from A Place in the sun currency. He handled the exchange (at a great rate) and the transfer of funds to Spain. He was always at the end of the phone and dealt with everything in a professional but friendly manner. We will be using Kian for our monthly transfers once we move over to Spain in a few weeks time. We are delighted with the service we have received and would highly recommend Kian and the company.”

“A Place in the Sun Currancy (Luke Dyson) was most helpfull at all times that I needed to contact him for help and assistance. Nothing was to much trouble for him and he managed to get me the best deal on the exchange rates, very happy. I would highly recommend them if they want to exchange currency for property purchases Norman McLachlan”
