“I am delighted with the way Tom Arnold works. My recent transfer was quite small this time but was given the attention it needed to be processed quickly and seamlessly - the receiving parties were becoming anxious as there'd been previous delays with legal aspects in Spain but with Chris Halls' help the transfer and the proof of transfer were done quickly and forwarded to the relevant people saving me time and work and alleviating the pressure. Tom seems to have a sixth sense - he'll call me just as I start thinking I need to speak to him! He has his finger on the pulse but is very professional and sensitive to the situation and has excellent technical knowledge. I'll certainly be using Toms services again in the future - well done Tom and thanks!”
