“There were many things about the service received from Simon, Matt, Chris and the team that made my first foray into the seemingly scary world of large currency exchange an easy and pleasurable one. It didn't matter how long it took from my initial enquiry or how many questions I asked, there were no high pressure sales pitches just a helping hand and, when it came to the actual exchanges I have made, a quick service. Couldn't ask for a more customer focused attitude and a company I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.”

“I use their services to transfer dollars to euros and dollars to mexican pesos and it is a straightforward process. It´s structured and always beats the FX rates the bank will offer you! They offer a very personalised service, which beats any bank or online transfer service.”

“I have found the process of buying currency through Currency Exchange very easy due mainly to the efficiency of the brokers. I recently bought a property in Cyprus and I bought forward an initial amount of Euros to take advantage of the good rate at the time. I have then subsequently bought both forward and at spot rate. I have also found the transfer of monies to my overseas lawyers both effective and efficient. My money was at the lawyers the same day or next day if I didn't contact the broker until the afternoon. The fact that I didn't incur a fee for transfer was very welcoming as banks charge every time. All in all, I would recommend using Currency Exchange to my friend and colleagues.”

“These folks are very approachable, responsive and efficient, So far, they have offered competitive rates even for my quite modest amounts. Only wish they could pre-populate the Contract Note with IBAN, addresses, etc. for regular transactions. Otherwise, a firm recommendation.”
