“Generally the service has been very good, just one incident with a php currency transfer over the 2 or 3 years since I have been using the service. This incident could of been dealt with better at the time although I am confident that a transaction like that would not have the same outcome again.”

“It's the first time I've used this service. I found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no hard sell and any fears I had were addressed very well. For instance with all the scams that are going on on the internet how does one know that these money transfers are safe? I was directed to the regulatory authority's website and their listing therein. I had to make a transfer last week and the recepient of that transfer ackwnowledged receipts within the given timeframe- all parties very happy!”
