“Friendly , helpful advice, not pushy . I had 2 transactions to make, the second for a larger amount. I requested a quote for your best rate. This was beaten by another company so I went with them. Only to be told you would have beat their quote if I had got back to you. If only you would have given your best quote in the beginning !”
