This shopping experience was not a good one. I have never tried an online store that takes 14 days to ship. There was no notification or email during this period. It was not shipped until a week after I sent an email to inquire. As of today, I have not received my order. goods ordered

I purchased a pair of sneakers, paid for them, but as of now (2 weeks since the order was placed) the tracking information says it’s received by the sender. I don’t know if this is Aphrodite’s fault or not, but I honestly don’t care since I placed an order and paid for it and nobody knows where it is and whether it will be delivered or not

My order was cancelled as the delivery name never matched up with the payment name which was my wife’s. She was asked to send a confirmation email which she did and the order was cancelled saying that you never received the email, however I think it was because the item wasn’t in stock.

Seller didn't specify that shoes were for men only and didn't process the refund for the order,even though they promised to do so. Really poor service.

Until now my order has not arrived and I checked my ordered via fedex, jacket is still in the Netherlands, very disappointing, I have notified aphrodite but there is no response.

Ordered online and received item, so no problem there, after only a few times been worn, only ever hand washed and still only a few weeks old the product (an £80 t-shirt) had holes in fabric around the label and the back. The holes have appeared around the stitching which I believe to be a manufacturing fault. I have emailed the company 3 weeks ago and yet still have not had a reply. So my review would be - poor product and very poor customer service

Worst company I've ever worked with. Product wasn't pictured correctly and they won't help me return the product. Asked me now to revise my review which I will not do, I hope everyone sees that this company doesn't work well with its customers. I have spent way too much of my time on this project already. I can have a partial refund and keep the item or send the item back at my expense and then wait for a postal reimbursement, what a joke.

I can see that the team has advised to send this item back to us for a full refund, I'm afraid there is no alternative resolution to this if you do not wish to either keep the item with a partial discount or return the order for a full refund we can't take the query any further. Absolutely awful turned up with a button missing on the arm and buttons hanging off the middle of the shirt should never have been sold and will be returning

I ordered some shoes on the 10th December and they still haven’t arrived! Aphrodite haven’t done anything about this and have been incredibly unhelpful! Wouldn’t buy from the shop again

No I paid for the item then you refunded it I’ve never had problems whatsoever with payment I buy online every week I’m so disappointed because it was for a present, you need to have sort this sort of thing out because I would have bought a lot of items off you unfortunately .

I still haven’t received my order Communication is very poor I have filled out a form sent it in No acknowledgment and no updates as to what has happened to my item It would appear was left outside my house in the open in full view of the whole road

If a delivery does not take place on the expected date we have 30 days from the date of dispatch to investigate with the courier used. Investigations can take up to 30 days to complete and the outcome of which will be dependent on the investigation and each case will be looked at on an individual basis. Delivery driver did not attempt to deliver my parcel to my door, instead dpd dropped my parcel over a mile away, meaning i had to do their job , and collect my parcel myself ,while being charged £6.99 for the privillage . Tried calling Aphrodite customer services numerous times but number just rings out.
