“Not happy with returns policy over Xmas period - customer services not willing to help at all will only give a online credit note 🤦‍♀️Most stores had an extended Xmas returns policy”

It is stipulated across our website and on the Christmas returns flyer in your parcel that orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt of item to be accepted for a refund and after this time we can offer an exchange or credit note only - this information is available to read before your purchase.
