“Payed for trainers which showed in stock at time of ordering. I had to contact customer services several times as trainers did not arrive. I was told they were out of stock and would be arriving soon. I expect the seller to contact me to let me know what's happening not the other way about. Trainers arrived eventually.”

“Parcel arrived late despite ordering next day delivery by 1pm meant I had to stay in an extra hour when I had things to do Boxes were battered and bashed and I like to keep my trainers in the boxes in nice condition Disappointing probably won't use again”

“I really like items on your website, the price for outside EU is nice. I just did a test by ordering 02 items on your website first before next orders if any. But It now is abt 20 days after the order (dated on May 23) I have no idea when i can receive those items: lost or on the way or coming back... For customers, that's not a good mood. Other shopping websites, the delivery (yes from uk) takes 3 to 07 days (not working day) only (same amount of fee, actually I don't care how much it is) and we can track clearly where the item is. But in your website, what i can understand: on its way or waiting (desperate date?)...”

Hello Hiep, Customer Service will get in touch with you direct via email to help resolve. A quick check does show your order left on time to Vietnam with Royal Mail International Tracked the service you choose. So sorry it is not with you yet though, it could be delayed in Customs.
