“The delivery of the face mask was a couple of days later than it should have been due to Royal Mail delivering to the wrong place. Saying that when it did arrive all was fine & my husband was very pleased with it.”

“Good, arrived quickly and the boots are fantastic! Would be 5 stars if the returns policy wasn’t so tight (14 days) and if I didn’t have to arrange and pay the postage myself. Luckily, I’d done my research on Grenson and ordered the size down, so didn’t have to return them!”

“I spotted an item I wanted to buy, the last left online, but my order was cancelled after checking out due to an error on my end. The item was still showing as sold out however; I spoke to a member of the lovely customer service team who was more than happy to help me. I was notified that if I waited til the next day to place my order, there would be an extra 15% off code available to use to get even more money off an already excellent sale price. When they had an error putting the stock back online the next day I again had the pleasure of speaking to another lovely member of their customer service team who took my number to call me back when the item was back available to buy so I didn’t have to wait refreshing the shop page. After I successfully managed to purchase the item with the additional 15% off, my order was shipped just a few hours later and arrived next day, carefully packed. Overall 5* service, amazing customer service and very very pleased with my item. Will definitely be shopping here again!”
