“I made an order which came in good time, however the shoes didn’t seem to fit the same. I sent them back requesting an alternative size. Instead I was given a refund which left me very disappointed with the service provided Aphrodite”

“On 2/12/22 I sent back the XL polo shirt as it was too big and asked for an exchange to a Large… I used the return label given for the post office and obtained certificate of return… as at 14/12/22 I have neither had confirmation of my return nor received the Large exchange as requested despite several emails to yourselves .”

“I have had a few dealings with this great store and have nothing but good things to say about them. Some of my all-time favourite boots have come from here and they package everything very well and my items have always arrived when expected. This is in my opinion a real 10/10 store.”

“Order some items and I be was the wrong size. I sent the items back a couple of weeks ago now and to this date have no idea when I will receive the new size. I have no way of being able to track where it is and no email correspondence on when I will receive.”
