“It took way too long (not the store's fault) but that is also an indicator of customer satisfaction. What was the store's fault was the wrong advice on the product page to take a larger size, which is now a cause for having the item expensively altered at a tailor's. So no, not most delighted. The Beacon Sports Jacket is an amazing item and the price was very good, so that is that. But the size advice was absolute rubbish. I can only imagine the size of British people for that to be useful but if you are an XL, don't size up! The arms length and width will make you look like someone who is wearing someone else's (a larger person's) clothes.”

“Very impressed with my shopping experience. Brought several sale items which were great buys. They were quickly sent and received from the time of purchase, and careful packaged in their branded boxes as apposed to just in a bag. Would definitely use again.”

“Returned something and got charged a £3.99 adjustment fee. Not sure what this is. Very random when most places provide free returns, which I see as a necessity with internet shopping. Will put me off purchasing again!!!”
