“My item arrived damaged. Its on the way back to the team now to review. The lady was polite & understanding on the phone so im not complaining about the customer service just the item. Its been used & not checked as it was dirty & had a small hole. This was a Christmas gift to my partner & it was embarrassing for me.”

“Ordering and shipping went smoothly until it reached the final destination, namely Romania. Parcel entered the country on 12th December and since then it is in processing with the National Postal Service. They have a huge backlog in processing parcels. Advice: please allow the customer to choose the express delivery option handled by DPD. Thank you!”
