“Received jumpers whilst in holiday and they didn’t fit. Aphrodite wouldn’t accept the returns because they’d be a day late. Horrendous service. Avoid at all costs.”

Good Afternoon Richard, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review today. As advised on the phone these items were received on the 28th of March, the last day to return would be it would be today, therefore we would be unable to accept a postal return. I can see you have spoken to a member of management who has advised that you may return this item in-store for a refund today. Unfortunately, we have a strict 21 days returns policy which applies to every customer, as it is a company policy we would be unable to amend this I'm afraid. “I hadn't used Aphrodite before my recent purchase of a Stussy cap for my skateboard loving son. The cap arrived in good time and was at the recommended retail price, many other sites had hiked up the price. Good cap, well made. “Amazing prices and quality - only thing is dpd as a courier is not the best. They didn’t even knock on the door they could have posted through mail box but I had to drive out to pick it up. Item was really good an no fault of Aphrodite will check out more items from this merchant. Thank you”
