Trustpilot reviews Review of APC Overnight PM Paul Mason 0 reviews GB Rated 1 out of 5 stars I use a lot of courier companies nd I… I use a lot of courier companies and I can say without doubt that apc overnight are by far the worst if I could give them minus stars I would .. 7 days I’ve waited for a overnight parcel and after calling them each day it was late I was told they would call me back or it would be here that day and still nothing .. These were batteries for a sheep scanning machine so because of there lies and incompetence they missed there transport so cost me a lot money which I can not afford in these current times I would carefully consider buying anything if they were the courier and I’m looking forward to seeing there reply.

All you do is apologise on this page but you never tell anyone what you are going to do to solve their problems. I was told my parcel was going to be delivered today by 13.08. I am still waiting and you have not emailed or contacted me to let me know what has happened to my parcel. I relied on the parcel to be delivered today but reading all the other complaints, I wonder if I will ever see my parcel. Appalling Customer Service!!

APC definitely didn't attempt delivery as I was sat within sight of my front door the entire morning including the time they claim to have attempted delivery. They 100% didn't ring my door bell or even come to my door. I've tried to reschedule the delivery but when I do it says "the delivery has already been rescheduled'. No idea what this means. I then try ringing the suggested number and it cuts off instantly each time I ring it. I know delivery firms are rushed off their feet at this time of year but this is all far from impressive.

"Next day delivery" package was meant to be delivered on Wednesday, was showing as "out for delivery" until Friday. Called up the depot on Friday after getting no reply to an email sent on Thursday, can't fault the customer service as the man was very helpful. Was told it'd be rescheduled for Saturday (today). Nothing has turned up, yet still "out for delivery" on the tracker. Not going to turn up tomorrow so that'll be next week if at all. Ridiculous. Never had this amount of trouble even with Hermes.

One of the worst delivery services i have come across try to call them 5 times they dont answer then when they do they say it will be delivered tommorow then the same for 3 days!

I ordered Pet food from a very reliable company with instructions of where to leave the parcel if I am out. This has worked for all previous deliveries. Having received an email to say they hadn't been able to deliver I would need to arrange a redelivery. So I phoned and rearranged for the next day and asked for an email confirmation. They sent an email through so I thought it was going to be delivered today. I sat in all day until 3pm and then tried to track the parcel; only there was no tracking information available beyond yesterday's failure. After spending nearly an hour on the phone ( at one point I was put through to their Bath delivery hub - ironically the only polite professional person I was able to speak to) I finally got through to the Maidstone Hub. Explaining the above she said it's not out for delivery today as "the driver decided not to put it on the van today". I explained I had an email which I took as confirming delivery today. Having checked their email it says " you have requested a delivery ". Obviously now in hindsight the email is misleading. But beyond the point that they have not bothered to contact me with an alternative day was the appalling attitude of the woman I was speaking to in Maidstone. I asked who the sender was as I thought it may be better to cancel the order. The woman gave me the information and when I said I was going to tell them what a rubbish service it was she put the phone down on me. The only word I used was rubbish - no bad language which if they did record the call they will know.Clearly they don't though even though they say they may because all I could hear in the background was other women taking and laughing all the while I was on the phone - no wonder it took such a long time to get to speak to someone . When I explained that I had waited in all day and when I asked why I hadn't been informed of an alternative date she said nothing ; no apology. So while the delivery service Cleary employ drivers who are not able to read delivery instructions it would seem a prerequisite for people they employ in customer service is rudeness and unhelpfulness. Terrible business to deal with.

Yesterday Tablets collected from my Vet. Delivery to me supposed to be 1325 and 1525. Stayed in all afternoon and evening. Never turned up. Seems the driver got fed up and went home. Tracked at 4 pm about 2 miles from me. Promised delivery today. Had to be chased at 1030 to discover it had gone out on an ordinary delivery to be delivered between 1147 and 1347. Means I have to wreck my day again waiting. You fouled up yesterday why wasnt the delivery put at the front of the queue and delivered first thing this morning! Customer service is very lacking.

Was told my delivery would come between 1.30 and 3.30 pm today, so changed plans to stay in to receive it. Not only did no one come, but their tracking claims they've left me a card. Only thing is, I was in all day and no one left a card. Why did their driver lie? It's pathetic.

Ordered for delivery 5/12. We have an electric gate on our road of 6 houses. It calls your phone, you let them in. Missed delivery logged and picture taken Monday. Arranged again for Friday 9/12. Same again!!! The driver was pressing every house number and cancelling each gate call in the process. I figured this out so rang the gate each time to let him in. After 45 seconds he had already taken a photo and gone!!!! I have all the evidence on my phone. I rang to complain to be told that the driver couldn’t gain access. He caused the issue and drove off after 45 seconds. Absolutely awful service. The company are aware and are looking for a new delivery company.

Worst, terrible company They don’t even deserve one star Delivery sent to customer on the 6th paid for next day delivery and today is 10th no sign of the delivery. Driver keeps uploading picture showing the shop is closed and picture is not even of the correct address. Disappointed!!!!!!

Seen my parcel go around and around my town two days in a row now with the tracker, and on each day a message saying parcel will be with you on that day. Still waiting for it to. Apc is a shockingly pathetic service.

Garbage company, no notification of delivery date so just turn up bang on door, take photos of front door but don’t leave a card so you’ve no idea they’ve been and can’t reschedule the delivery because 1/ you don’t know they’ve been 2/ no card means no way to reschedule. This happened twice, I only knew they’d been after chasing the seller who was able to provide a tracking number. They a actually make Hermes look good!

Delivery attempted to wrong address and card pushed through the neighbour's letter box so, on phoning the company, it was re-arranged for the following day. Again, I received a two hour expected delivery slot. Once this had been exceeded, I phoned to ensure the delivery was definitely on its way. The person at the office was only able to say it was out for delivery - and she didn't have access to any more info than that. I was naturally concerned that the delivery would again go to the wrong address, so a more pro-active response might have been expected! The delivery eventually turned up to the correct address over an hour after the end of the expected delivery slot.

The rudest customer service and worst delivery service I have ever used. I had an urgent parcel and paid for overnight delivery. I tracked the parcel every 10 minutes and sat at home all day waiting for the parcel. When the delivery driver arrived he did not press the intercom buzzer and then just left. I then called customer service and the women who answered was incredibly rude, argued with me saying that the driver did press the buzzer, when i know for a fact that he did not. This was the rudest service i have ever had. Then I had to travel to the APC depot which was over 1.5 hours travel because the only option they gave me was to deliver it 3 days later. This ordeal has cost me 1000s in sales because my parcel missed a courier to LA. DO NOT use APC if you want a reliable service- terrible!
