For the third time now, they have failed to meet the delivery deadline (quoted as 4pm). I had one parcel show up 4 days late and one that never arrived at all. They're useless. They close at 5pm on a Friday and do not operate weekends so they don't have to deal with all the complaints over the weekend. So my issue didn't get dealt with until 9am Monday. Customer service skills sincerely lacking, dreadful company and will be advising people not to use them. They lie, and then lie again. DO NOT USE THEE CROOKS!

Abysmal - parcel expected over a week ago and has now gone missing, and the tracking number mysteriously no longer exists and has been deleted from their app. Their sub contractor, Wilson Express never answer emails or phone calls. APC clearly don't care about customer service on any level - even their head office say they have issues with Wilson Express and can't contact them either. APC must be the worst delivery company on the planet - avoid!

Just awful. Lie after lie I expected my parcel on wednesday. It arrived at local depot on Thursday and I have been promised every day since that it would 'definitely' be out for delivery. It's now Monday and still nothing. I totally appreciate they are busy and prioritising essential goods but this is getting beyond a joke. There must be a system in place whereby they know when my parcel will finally make it to me?! I'd happily pick it up but not allowed. Why lie?! Tell the truth! Avoid

Told it would be here on Thurs still waiting after 6 emails tracking waste of time be in touch with the firm I purchased off on Mon if it was going to be late or even late late a email would have been nice to applogise

Due a delivery on Wednesday but it never turned up so I sent a polite email, received a reply Thursday morning to say mine was one of 1000 parcels which hadn’t turned up. Absolutely fair enough, it happens. What has made me furious is that I was told it would definitely be delivered on the Thursday, i was number 76 (time slot 7:22pm-9:22pm) and despite being only 2 minutes away from my house, the driver decided to disappear off back to the depot only half an hour into my slot! So I emailed last night and then again this morning once I saw my delivery had been moved to even later today (number 79, time slot 7:32pm-9:32pm) and was told “if it doesn’t turn up today then it will tomorrow” and then ignored after my last email where I’d stated this parcel is for my small business. The live tracking worked right up until number 71 and then conveniently stopped working and the office is closed. Still no parcel or explanation. I have screenshots to prove all of this. Certainly wouldn’t recommend.

They are useless, I wont use them again they provided no information although I used a tracked service, they havent answered to my phone calls or emails, still havent received my package after several days of scheduled delivery have been missed

The worst service i've used, and provided no information on tracked packages, also seen the van pass my house several times. I wont use them again.

Absolutely useless. Was home all day and still found missed delivery note, next day I can get delivery is TWO DAYS FROM NOW. No option to collect from depot, no option to get delivered sooner. Would rather be using Royal Mail which at least leaves items at depot to collect. Absolutely furious, hoping to never use this company again

Been chasing a missing delivery since Wednesday 8th April, card left with no time and con number 001?540 scrawled on it! Door bell not rang as we were in all day, today 17th April @ 9.30 a battered box is left on door step as white van speeds off, its our parcel! Oh yeah with con number 0018546...hmmm One person from APC's "great" team not doing their job properly has made them all look a shambles.

Was due a delivery today 16/04/20 after getting a confirmation email the day before guaranteeing delivery by 4pm. Tried to contract depot by phone but not taking calls email only. No responses so contacted seller who contacted depot and was told it's out on delivery. No parcel arrived and the goods inside parcel are perishable. This company shouldn't even be aloud to trade. It's states "NEXT DAY DELIVERY" Surely this is illegal as under the trade description act it doesn't do next day delivery. I was going to start a subscription service with my seller but I'm going to inform him that this will not go ahead if they are going to use this terrible company!

Was expecting a delivery today which contains perishable goods. Emailed but to no avail. Contacted seller to explain my package had not arrived within the time slot indicated in confirmation email. He contacted depot to be told it's out on delivery. It has not arrived today and I'm livid. Looking at these reviews this company should not even be able to trade. Supplies that use them should be asking for their money back. Also under the trade description act it doesn't deliver what it says. "NEXT DAY DELIVERY" So angry as the goods in package need refrigeration. Still awaiting email response!!

Completely hopeless. Calls and emails go without any attention. Tracking doesn't work. My microwave never got to me. Supposed to have people working from home during Corona virus but even after several days they didn't get back to me.

Why send emails with delivery dates and tracking info, then when the parcel doesn’t arrive say it can’t be tracked? Useless service, useless customer service. Avoid.

Item sent but seller Monday to arrive tuesday, followed the live tracking on tuesday, drop number 35. Ok great, gets to drop number 33 so i start to look out for the driver...Half an hour goes by no delivery and tracking shows no info!. Hour later i checked tracking again to see attempted delivery card left at 9:30am! No card was received and no one attempted delivery! Rang up to be told the tracking is bs and the driver must have done the drops in a different order. Ive use loads of couriers and never experienced this poo before. The item isnt any good to me now, needed it on tuesday.

I live on the 3rd floor of an 8 story block that has 4 flats to a landing , The driver refused to enter the flats and told me I had to come down to the main door of the flats or he would return my delivery as I have a physical disability I ask if he could put it in the lift and press floor 3 he refused and drove off , No other delivery company's are behaving is this ridiculous way, it's beyond pathetic
