Shocking company 4 deliveries, not 1 on the day promised. They have the temerity to e-mail the next day to promise another delivery spot which is missed yet again. I can't believe in this day any firm would use this firm for their deliveries.

Avoid them. In waiting for them, did not deliver, no card. Just a picture of front door. Complete clowns and they lie too.

What hurt me the most is the parcel will fit through the letter box, but I had two failed deliveries, can't believe you cant get them to leave it in a safe place as the leading couriers do. It's always necessary to travel 25 miles to collect from the depot, It's not worth it for an £8 item, I would rather use the royal mail, least I would get it eventually.

How is this company still in business! The tracking app ain’t worth spit, as they deliver to you out of sequence, so unless you’re in all bleeding day, they will leave a card. Rescheduled for a Friday, online says package out for delivery. But no one turns up. So I ring the HQ, I get a promise for next day by noon. Again online says out for delivery, but nothing. Do they think we have nothing better to do then stay in 3 day’s waiting for them. Awful service, deserve to go out of business.

For the third day running I have been given a two hour delivery slot by APC with no driver turning up to deliver my package. Despite contact APC customer relations and the delivery depot I have had no success in finding out why my parcel has not been delivered or when I can expect to receive it. What an abysmal performance. One failed delivery is annoying, two failed deliveries is beyond belief. I won't say what I feel about a third failed delivery after wasting 3 days in trying to receive my parcel. Delivery number 0078795

They must waste thousands on having to attempt delivery twice. They never offer to leave in a safe place as the leading couriers do. I don't really believe they even came the first time as there's no card. It's always necessary to travel 20 miles to collect from the depot. How can they still be in business?

Was provided a time-slot, watched the tracking when available and could see my parcel was nearby on several occasions. Tracking information was turned off and on a couple of times, before finally being turned off completely. No indication why it was not delivered, no contact, and no replacement delivery date given. Parcel was a game I intended to play on release date. Absolutely awful, would never use if any alternative available.

My delivery was perfect. Informed all the way by email and message. Delivered on time with photo . I read some bad reviews for APD. I think people are more likely to add a review if it's bad. So I thought I would make the effort and report my experience. I couldn't be more happy with the service.

The worst delivery/courier company ever! They annouce by email that that they have a parcel due for delivery.... they don't say which day or when, so you're left guessing when it maybe be. Then you get a card saying they've attempted delivery and the parcel is back at the depot! You can't ask them to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Rubbish service.

Dishonest behaviour on several occasions from them, they send a message as they been to the address and unable to deliver your parce, while you are at home on a ground floor when you can clearly monitor and know no delivery attempts is being made, they pre analyse addresses for parking issues and simply don't bother trying to deliver. I have been told by the sender there was 3 delivery attempts made in 2 days one of them being Sunday, yeah right, they called me after my complains and pretend they can't locate my address where I get 50 deliveries some weeks, so how did you have 3 delivery attempts where you can't even locate the postcode. They continuesly write their own 5 star reviews, and hypocritically reply them, but no surprises there for me as corruption is contagious and spread amongst all workers... Stay away from them they are crooks!!!

After initial blip with delivery couldn't find the address they redeemed themselves by Malcolm from APC depot managed to get my beautiful Turners pies redelivered. E for effort but sadly not on the Birthday!

absolutely shocking same story (Driver) stopped at Drop 50 and we were 59. it was due for delivery between 3 and 5 pm. The driver stopped drop 50 and went back to the depot. Depot close at 6 pm. Nobody to contact Emergency package just missed! The local depot is GS Couriers near Lincoln. if any business attempts to use a PC to deliver a package to us, we will tell them under no circumstances. Should I do that and find another Currier like DPD.

The worst company delivery. I ordered expensive maschine £400 and got message saying l was signed and delivered to my hand personally. I was that time all day at work nobody was at home to siged.Driver did picture close door with no parcel showing and person who he delivered. I spoke with seller they chase courier and he came back to my place looks for missing parcel and person. Spoke with my flatmate and saying he delivered to who where? I am fighting with seller and company to get refund. Someone stilling from this company be very careful with them. I contact deposit company filled complaint nobody answered. Awfully experience.

I received an email from them with the track number and said today im gonna received the parcel between 13.30-15.30.. i was take a day off from my job just for the parcel ( 55 inch TV. ).. guess what?? never coming..i was calling the customers which said- I'm going to call you back because i can't find the driver... never call me back. Now i can't take another day off because I'm gonna loose my job...Stay Away from them..

Customer service man at Leyland very rude. I wasn’t in when the company called with a signed for parcel as I’d no idea they were calling. I rang for re delivery & he couldn’t give me a time slot. He then told me I could collect it, when I pointed out to him where I was, he just said “well it’s only 20 minutes away, we can get a van there in that time” I am 45 minutes away & he assumed that I was able to drive there! Dreadful customer service, very, very rude.

Again like so many others took unpaid leave off work as told delivery next day got to 3 stops before mine then no tracking and when called had rude staff tell me yeah well driver can back he run out of time and don’t know if and when we will redeliver it . Beyond fuming feel to drive to there hun and see if they try be that rude to my face .
