Driver didn't knock letterbox. Phoned APC to complain and customer service said their drivers wouldn't not chap letterboxes. Parcel contained perishable food. Only realised the parcel was there because I had to go outside to see what workmen were doing. When I phoned APC to find out when the parcel had been delivered I was told it had been delivered 15 minutes previously. Is it so hard for a driver to let you know about deliveries made to your door? APC= 1 out of 10

Got an email saying I wasn't in to sign for goods and that a card had been left. I was in all day, and no card has been left. All you had to do was knock or ring the doorbell!

Rubbish service,theres no where on the email to request,leave in a safe place. Other companies like DPD etc do,never shop again with anyone who uses APC.

with the covid situation other delivery companys take a photo of the delivered item on the door step for which is proof that the item is delivered if the recipient is not in. not with APC i had to collect the item, pointless really as all i needed to do was re-order as it was free delivery?

If I could have put 0 stars I would. I ordered frozen dogfood to be delivered before 4pm next day. It never arrived. GPS tracking showed van at depot. Contacted following day to find out where it was to be told out for delivery for the same thing to happen. The dog food only had a frozen shelf life of 48 hours, obviously this has expired.

Our last order was lost in transit and never arrived, so we had to contact the seller and arrange new products to be sent, the previous order was a collection which never happened, contacted our local depot, pass the parcel, who didn't answer the phone on numerous occasions, and failed to respond to our message asking for a collection time,

Where do we start ?, got a card advising me that my home had been carded as i was closed, strange that for a home address, but a card had been left. Checked postbox no card. Phoned number via google and finally got through to the local depot. was then told oh they couldn't find your address. So you lied then !!! Person at the local depot PGS logistics just as unhelpful, passed on my number but unable to or unwilling to do his job and confirm the item would be delivered as I paid for next day service. Having worked in this sector for over 20 years APC is worst then Yodel and Hermes. Buck up your ideals. this may explain why no one uses you.

Delivery expected today by 5pm. Pined at 5:45 was told van had Brocken down. At 6:30 got email saying delivery driver attempted delivery but no one was in so he left a card and our delivery case is closed we will have to rearrange delivery. BUT WE HAVE CAMERAS at our property and can see no one came anywhere near our house. They are lying. We can’t even re arrange delivery now as there is no card and no one answering the phone. Useless...Useless..Useless.

Very poor system - or maybe poor staff. Order of shrubs had been despatched Wed 7th Oct. I was pretty sure I had given instructions for a safe place if I was out. But - on Sat 10th Oct, having been out all day, my mail included a 'Sorry we missed you' card stating APC had tried to deliver, but needed a signature, so returned package to depot. What didn't ring true was the date on the card was the 8th!? There wasn't an option for re-delivery until Tues 13th, so I opted for collecting the package myself on the today, Monday 13th, for the sake of the survival of the shrubs. This was most inconvenient as it was a long way to their Leyland depot and also difficult to find, but I thought it preferable to waiting in all day for a re-delivery. When I opened the package, the document clearly stated that I had requested the package to be left at the side of the house!! I was not at all happy and will let them know.

Abysmal service once again. Next day delivery and it is now going to be 5 days late as saying can't deliver till Monday now due to two days in a row the delivery driver has run out of working hours. I call BS.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Diabolical service. Parcel was in depot yesterday by 7.20am. Got told this morning that driver had run out of time so couldn’t deliver parcel and would be delivered today. Is now nearly 6pm and parcel still hasn’t been delivered. Would be better using pigeon post. Just checked again now on tracking and says will be out for delivery MONDAY!!!! Use other companies who are far more reliable

Missed delivery. Re arranged gad to take day of work and stay home all day. Suddenly found ' sorry we missed u' card. Phoned and complained. He took my number said he'd come back to see if they could delivery, heard nothing rest of day. Really poor service compared to other parcel companies.

This company is a joke !!! I called them about a parcel they have got belonging to me which is 4 days late, yeah I'll send it onna van now failing that first thing in the morning I'll call you back soon, full of promises. 48 hour courier I could deliver it faster on my pedal bike!!! Leave the job to someone who can follow through guys your a JOKE !!!!!

Got a text message at 10:07am this morning. Text message said delivery would be today between 10:33 and 12:33. No delivery attempt in that time frame. Contacted company at 2pm and was told it should be with me before 5pm. 5pm comes, still no package. Then company replied it would arrive between 6 and 7pm today. Well, it's after 7pm and still nothing! Thanks for wasting my ENTIRE freakin day and repeadetly lying to me about delivery times! I had things to do today but couldn't because you wasted my entire day!

Awful delivery company, no kind of customer service. Had a scheduled delivery on 2/10/2020 from 16:05-18:05 (got a text message from APC). At 20:30 got an email to say they attempted a delivery and failed. No calling card left. No one attempted delivery (I have CCTV and doorbell camera). I was also at home and husband was in the driveway at this time smoking. Seems delivery driver was lying about attempted delivery and couldn’t be bothered. Called office next day. Guy on the phone said it probably got too late and the driver just didn’t attempt delivery. Tried to explain to the office then in that case, just courtesy to let me know the delivery is delayed like other couriers do (which would have been fine) instead of making it look like it was my fault. He wasn’t having any of it. Very poor customer service and very irritating system.

Got up at 7am. Waited in all day, no delivery attempted and no card left. Called at 3:30 as driver had missed the 2 hour window, his phone was turned off.update on tracking then finally received at 9:30pm stating a delivery had been attempted at 8am (it hadn’t) and a card had been left (it hadn’t). My last delivery from APC had been a paid for Saturday delivery, they delivered on Monday with nothing attempted on the Saturday. Supposedly a premium service. Would choose any other courier which is saying something!

The order arrived completely destroyed I contacted the seller who provided another Which was never delivered apparently due to apc destroying it Then the supplier sent another one which apc notified the delivery time less than 3 hours before it arrived. They said they put a failed delivery note through the door there was no note I applied for a re delivery for Friday waited in all day and called apc all day the company never answered the phone once The delivery never arrived and now customer services are not responding to emails as well as calls Avoid this company at all costs The reviews I have read this company should not be allowed to trade
