Rubbish company. Dumped on doorstep with no attempt to alert resident, I was sat maybe 10 foot from the door and my dog alerted me. Sped off. Damaged package contents. Sent me a lovely email to confirm 'Item delivered as instructed' or words to that effect. But no... I didn't select lazy and reckless doorstep dump (or any other) option.

An awful experience - Threatening behaviour police now involved. Waited at home for three seperate days. Was informed that delivery driver attempted delivery but each time I was home waiting - no one rang the door bell to block of flats. On fourth occasion I waited outside for 6 hours - delivery driver arrived and did not even attempt to ring the door bell to block of flats .. simply took a picture to demonstrate he tried to deliver. When I intervened he started to scream and shout at me and threaten me. Fortunately passers by helped and video footage captured the event. Has now been reported to the police. Highly advise all to raise awareness of these bunch of crooks!

INCOMPETENT. AVOID. No surprises looking below that this will be another bad review. Long story short, APC Overnight's computer system is unfit for purpose, or their staff from their local depot franchise Trio Logistics Limited are completely incompetent and cannot read / understand their own delivery schedule. No one at the depot would answer the telephone and APC Overnight head office (who did answer the phone) could not do anything to intervene because the computer system was showing the original delivery redirection, desspite multiple attempts by APC Overnight to deliver on the wrong days. Eventually APC Overnight take the parcel out for a delivery on a day when someone happens to be home... and the driver doesn't even turn up. Finally after a strongly worded email to the vendor of the product, APC Overnight and the depot, someone from the depot answers and delivery is rescheduled ...only for the depot to load the product on the van and notify they would deliver that day! Clue further emails and the delivery is back on schedule, until the next day when the product is load on the van again for delivery on the wrong day ...fortunate I was in. Finally the delivery is made (on the wrong day) 8 days after the original delivery date. Of course the package looks like a dog-eared mess and when I attempt to address that issue, the truculent driver (who I didn't actually have a problem with!) gives me a long tirade about his own management being the incompetent ones and storms off. Honestly if you order a product and APC Overnight are the delivery service, just cancel or make alternative delivery arrangements, it is just not worth the stress of trying to deal with them. Certainly next time I want this product again, I will genuinely drive the 4 hours to them and buy in person, rather than have any dealings with APC Overnight ever again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Was told to wait in for 7 separate days and I still do not have the package I ordered. Was told I would get a phonecall on 2 separate days… no phone call. Do NOT order from any company using this ridiculous company to deliver their goods, I can only conclude that they are very cheap for their service.

Ordered from supplier Sun 26Nov. Supplier emailed on its way 0944 Mon27th with APC tracking number. APC website next day showed collected 1548 and arrived Portsmouth 0608 Tues28th - so far so good. Expected it by 1600 - their claimed latest delivery time and the service basis the supplier chose. Not received 28th and no sign of out for delivery on tracking. Weds29th I phoned APC Portsmouth - she said they had been very busy and she would look for it if she had a minute. Thurs30th contacted the supplier and they said they would chase APC. Fri 1stDec at 1025 received email from APC saying it was delivered on 28th at 1600! Looked on their tracking page and it claimed same thing - click on the link for the photo and surprise, surprise: "Delivery summary not available right now"! Phoned APC again: driver must have 'been on paper cos his scanner must have gone flat' - can't ask driver he's off, don't have his paper record. So does suddenly claiming, two days later, that you delivered on the dot of your final drop off time two days before, constitute fraud or not? All vote now...

This is the worst delivery experience I have ever had.Received an email saying my delivery would be the next day. Nothing received. E mailed and told it would be a day later. Received a two hour delivery slot but it didn't arrive. Tomorrow will be the third day of waiting in!

I bought an item from a retailer who told me that the courier company would send me details of a 2 hour delivery window the evening before the delivery and that I'd be able to track the delivery ( similar to DPD, who are great ). APC did not communicate and so I called the retailer on the delivery day to get tracking information. Everything was going well until an hour before the earliest delivery time, when the parcel disappeared from the tracking system. I waited until well after the delivery window had ended and then called APC. The lady on the phone said that she had no idea if/when the parcel would be delivered and so would book it in for the next day in case it didn't arrive. Needless to say, the parcel arrived a day late, which is a joke for a next day service. I'll never order from that retailer again whilst they use APC !

Shocking , 3 days and still waiting. Phoned them and was told the driver went back to the yard early each day . Maybe he will get it here tomorrow! What a useless driver and company.

Sadly '0' stars not available. Next day delivery was due to arrive yesterday - I was given a time slot but nothing showed. The tracking app "had no information" about the delivery and all phone calls went unanswered. Voicemail; messages left, emails sent; nothing. Today, no delivery and - again - no reply to phone calls, phone messages or emails. So this 'next day delivery' will take 72h to arrive... Appalling lack of communication; no options for actually contacting someone directly and very very poor service. I cannot stress enough how shambolic this company have been.

Awful unhelpful rude customer services. Don’t deliver goods after 3.0clock told it’s my fault not home to take deliver,I work 8-4 & Saturdays so could not be home for their silly times. Would not leave in safe place wanted signature so Told to pick it up from depot over 20 miles away. Rude to me on phone unhelpful,this was an Amazon delivery they actually put phone down on me . No later delivery than 3am is madness in this day & age photo evidence is the new signature.

I would have given minus star if I had a choice! This is an awful delivery company! I have been waiting for 3 days to receive the good I bought! On the first day, the driver was new to his work and area and couldn't find the address and was told I will get my purchase on the second day. The second day my good was not taken for delivery with no explanation! And here I am, on the third day and still no sign of my item! I had paid an extra £9.99 for the next day delivery and this so called APC Overnight delivery company is so incompetent that I have not still received my good. Their telephone system is as bad as their service, as well. One have to call so many times for someone to pick the phone and answers back. One word, "AWFUL".

lazy driver didn't bother to get out of his car to check if the gate to my accomidation was locked or not (it was unlocked and would of opened easily upon trying) - this was confirmed by a customer service employee. I then had to cancel an appointment so the driver could re-deliver the parcel (which did not happen). I also paid for expensive shipping as the package was urgent - now I either have to wait and book for a re-delivery or go to the hub to pick it up myself. This whole experience greatly inconvienced me and is highly fustrating - next time I will order from a different retailer to avoid this company entirely. I compeletly do not recomend. The customer serives experience was awful, I had a very polite and understanding person but the system seems broken and disjointed. I had to call several numbers to organise a re-delivery which was a lengthy proccess and I spent half my day waiting on a driver who has already made evident a lack of care for their job to re-deliver a package on their terms. I have no idea when they will deliver the package and they haven't bothered contacting me, I was assured it would be here before a certian time - however it hasn't arrived and upon re calling I was connected to a short tempered member of staff who provided no help. For the companies sake I hope this is a lazy driver but considering the low ratings I severely doubt it. Don't use this company even if it is your only option. I would of graded this lower than one star but that wasn't an option :/

First time round the driver waited 18 seconds then cleared off with my package (porch door was unlocked!). It was finally delivered the following day after I stick a huge note on the door! This time I had a message to expect my delivery at 14.32 - 16.32pm yesterday and nothing turned up. No explanation or rescheduling - NOTHING! Useless company!

Absolutely useless company. Delivery instructions states to leave by the door as my area is safe, driver decided upon himself to NOT leave the package and to take it back, emailed APC and was told re delivery was the next day, Monday, waiting all day Monday and nothing. Emailed again and was told that they did not infact try and re deliver Monday and is now scheduled for Tuesday! ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM

Received a card through the letterbox to say I had missed a delivery.No prior notice of a delivery I was out shopping.Telephoned the depot and a really unhelpful guy stated that they had tried to deliver and now awaiting instruction from the sender??What a load of rubbish this company is.Why put a leaflet through the letterbox if you can't reschedule or collect the item!!!

Comedy of errors! Day 1 - Delivery window given then a text later to say delayed. Package one at delivery depot, pack 2 somewhere else. Day 2 - Delivery window given and time passes. Package one didn't leave the Delivery depot, Package 2 attempted at wrong house 2 streets. Ops manager assures me via customer services both packages delivered next day. Day 3 - Delivery window given and passes, custimer services concerned that driver not near me and going in opposite direction, been with them 2 days. Day 4 - Delivery window given I'm drop no 34, tracking not working again as told drivers scanner is broken. Delivery window comes and goes and customer services apologetic but has no clue what is goin on. An hour later I go to leave my house and a van turn up, success at last but nearly wasnt. Driver was only going to give me 1 of 2 packages of which he would had I not been there. This has to be THE worst service I have ever received from anyone over anything and I'm 52. PLEASE AVOID, DONT PURCHASE FROM PPL USING APC :(

A delivery of perishable food due with me on 31st October on an overnight delivery arrived a day late at the delivery hub, according to tracking info and sat there for a further 24 hours before being loaded for delivery today, 2nd November. Sender says food will now be perished and requested it is returned. Shocking non service.Last APC delivery I had said an item had been delivered when it hadn’t. Will no longer deal with any company that uses APC, just too unreliable.
