They left my cargo package in the middle of the street and left. The package is missing. I can't get a refund from Amazon and the item is too expensive. No one is interested.

No delivery on 18 th On 19th my delivery number was 47 When it got to 45 tracking was turned off . All other deliveries were no further than 10 minutes drive away No parcel

Emailed saying delivery between 12-2. Waited in, no delivery. Emailed asking what happened. No reply. Apc delivered nect day with no time slot, Emailed saying I had missed them! 0/10 for communication.

During the delivery today, the driver was extremely unprofessional and very rude. He had raised his voice, shouting at me. I was late coming down stairs for 7 minutes as I was in the shower when the door bell rang. I have not received a delivery time slot before his arrival as the other reviews have mentioned or I will have made sure to make my self available at that time. He was able to leave and re-arrange the delivery but chose to wait and started shouting in front of the the concierge and my neighbours. This was very embarrassing and very much unnecessary as he was able to leave and rearrange the delivery instead of waiting.

Another day was wasted today, I was expecting the package to be re-delivered today this is the 3rd attempt now 18/04/2023 tomorrow will be the 4th attempt! was tracking it live as usual then when it gets to a few miles around my area it disappears the live tracking option is not available anymore my package disappears again into nevernight, rang the depot was told its going to be re delivered again the next day as the driver was running late today, the other day the driver tried to deliver to the wrong location! What issue is it going to be tomorrow again and if I didnt call the depot I would never get an update!!! At this point I dont expect it to arrive anytime soon should have ordered somewhere else where they dont use apc.

I have a package supposed to be delivered today, been waiting all day, and tracking it online, and my address is not hard to find and I have many cctv cameras around the house, I was supprised to recieve an email notification saying no one was available! So I checked the timestamp.of the email and to my cameras no delivery van was present! So I checked online as the drivers post picture where they think my house is! The google maps screenshot is not even on my house! What is more dissapointing is that the location where they attempted to delivery my package was just 4 minute drive from my house! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ALL DAY AGAIN TOMORROW! I'M NOT GONNA EXPECT IT TO BE RIGHT I WOULD PROBOBLY END UP CANCELING MY ORDER IF THEY WILL GET THIS WRONG AGAIN.

Absolutely shambolic and unprofessional (dis) organisation. 1st planned delivery 12/04/23 - I received a message from APC at 1.13 pm on the day stating delayed (no further information/reason) I contacted supplier of goods to advise and was informed that delivery rescheduled for 13/04/23. Waited in all day and again no delivery or explanation from APC. Further date confirmed for delivery- 14/04/23 Waited in all day and again, no delivery or explanation from APC. I further reported the issue to supplier and they stated that the delivery would be today 15/04/23 Waited in all day today (15/04/23 ) again no delivery, not even a message of explanation from APC. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer focus/consideration. It would appear that APC are bigger than their customer who pay their wages which is a commercial disaster. I have sent a message directly to APC which has been ignored. My contractual agreement is with my supplier but unfortunately APC continue to either ignore them or provide false information/promises. This is the Southampton/Totton branch.

it has been 3 day overdue now and everyday all i am getting is an email... We are sorry to advise that there has been an unexpected delay with your delivery, we are doing everything we can to get this to you as quickly as possible. obviously not enough next time if i any suppliers using APC Nevernight AVOID AVOID BTW still waiting for my Delivery

Twice a parcel was supposedly trying to be delivered. First time to a completely different address and postcode. Second attempt for the same parcel next day was supposedly being delivered to a completely different address from the day before. You couldn't make it up! Absolutely useless.

Supposed to have delivery the past two days but never turned up. Yesterday I tracked the live tracking and they were within half a mile from my home but still didn't deliver. Still waiting.

So called overnight delivery took a full week. It was chilled food which was inedible by the time I got it. This is the second time (and will be the last) they’ve failed to deliver on time. I will check in future which delivery company a vendor uses and avoid any supplier that uses this one.

I can't give them less than one star or I would. Package was supposed to be delivered 20/03/2023,received 06/04/2023! This was after many emails and failed rescheduled dates (didn't turn up). Contacted supplier who also got on their case. If you run a business try someone else before this lot. Use third party distribution which seems to be where it fails. Very poor.

My parcel which was guaranteed before Easter was sitting in the local.depot all day yesterday instead of being delivered. This morning it was finally scanned as out for delivery at 11.25 with a delivery slot of 11.56 to 1356. It is now 14.39 and no sign of it. Calls to the local.depot don't get answered, emails not responded to. Unfortunately for the company we bought the goods from (we spend around £75 every 6 weeks) they will.getting told we won't be buying anything else until they change the carrier.

I received a text informing me that my box would be delivered between 08.44 and 10.44. I was waiting not far from my front door for the delivery when it received a text and an email to say that delivery was attempted at 09.00 but no one was available when arrived. I have a Ring door bell, a normal bell and a knocker plus CCTV cameras and I can assure you that there was no evidence of anyone coming to my door!! On sending an email of complaint to APC, I received an email back with a picture of my house taken from the street outside the wall as proof of delivery attempt!! I am furious as the driver obviously did not want to carry the box to my door and covered their tracks by taking a picture of my house outside the perimeter as proof of attempted delivery. The email back from APC said that I could collect my box from the depot which is far from my house. I will collect it as I do not trust APC to deliver it at all. I have complained to the company where I purchased the goods and informed them of my disappointment on the service provided by APC and I will not order from them again if they continue to use APC. This company is a disgrace!!

Delivery due this afternoon. I had to go out so checked they had instructions where to leave the parcel. Ues she said no problem we know where to leave it! Get to top of road and receive text saying missed delivery! Cheers Kasha

Failed to deliver on correct day and then failed to deliver on the next date they offered. This is not the first time they have failed to deliver on the correct day and on a third occasion delivered 1 package out 2 on the correct day with the other turning up on a later date. It is hard to get hold of anyone and they are not proactive about forwarding information when they must know they are going to fail

I have had 3 deliveries from APC. one was 30 minutes late and the other 2 both said they attempted a delivery and got no reply. Today they tried to deliver at 1811hrs and I was in the front garden at that time. No delivery vehicles came down our road.
