Horrendous company and awful service. Was due two deliveries on 9th September that never arrived. No courtesy call or email. On 10th I had to chase up and I was promised it would be delivered that day- It was not. Today I was promised it would be and again it did not and now I am being told to wait tomorrow. That is taking four days off work and losing money. Plus work men who were paid to fit items that have not arrived in time. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone- have had zero help from the company and fake delivery slots.

would giver zero stars if I could. Terrible company and I would avoid any business that uses them. Four different deliveries and none went right. Terrible customer service and awful company.

I ordered a box of pasties from a Cornish company to be delivered to my son in London. The designated delivery date was Wednesday 2nd September. Sadly, the Cornish suppliers had chosen APC as their delivery company, so, despite an email telling me it would be, the parcel did not arrive. The next morning, Thursday 3rd, I rang the Depot and was told that the driver had run out of time due to the Bank Holiday and the parcel would be delivered that day, although they couldn't give me a time. I was slightly surprised they didn't prioritise it as a morning delivery, but the contents were still in date so I thought it would be fine. It did not arrive. The tracking was not updated after 15.36 on Wednesday 2nd. On Friday morning, I tried calling the Depot again, but they didn't pick up. I called the supplier, whose own tracking showed the parcel was still in the Depot. The supplier offered me a refund, which I took because by now the pasties were out of date. Today, one week later, Wednesday 9th September, a box of mouldy, rotten pasties was delivered to my son, the contents so decaying that the box was warm to the touch and seeping. APC proudly sent me an email telling me that my package had been delivered. Well done APC, outstandingly the most useless and appalling delivery company in Britain, possibly the world.

I am awaiting a delivery from APC which was at their Rotherham Depot at 5.0 a.m. Saturday morning. I rang APC on Monday and was told that my delivery had been left off the van because it would have made the van overweight - my package weighs 2kg. Not delivered yesterday for no apparent reason. Not delivered today - rang this p.m. and told van broken down. 5 days !

Do Not use APC. all you get is an apology, I was told if I want a refund I have to get one from the seller! As if they should refund me when it's not even their fault. This company should be avoided at all cost, they completely screwed up my weekend and all you get is the same apology as everyone else!!!

Waited a week so far for delivery. Have delivered all around my address but still not here. Today it iwas supposed to be for delivery between 3 and 5 but as this morning they were a few blocks away and are now heading back to depot. Yesterday they had me for delivery between 4 and 6 were 500 metres from my house at 4 .45 and packed up and headed back to the Depot. My advise don't use them as your business will lose customers 0004098

If you want your parcel delivered the next day use a different company. Paid for next day delivery van came within 2 miles of my yard turned around and headed back the way he came. I needed the part for my machine delivered Friday. Work had to be stopped all weekend. Tried Emailing them no reply ,couldn't get hold of anyone that could help on weekend. Its now Monday work on stop again part arriving between 4.20 pm and 6.20 pm.

Same as Anonymous with number 0021534. My number 0021485 from Burton Power. Dispatched 2nd August, out for delivery 4th August, got within 6miles of my address then headed back t Hereford depot. Burton Power have been informed. As have APC. Will be delivered Monday! No use to me whatsoever, the car cannot be run without the parts, weekend been ruined.

Not happy with the service at all. An email promised delivery on 04th September which did not arrive. I stayed in all day for nothing. This item was needed for my business event on 5th (today). Been calling customer service but no one is picking up. I have been waiting all day to see if it’s going to be delivered but nothing. Waste of money & waste of time!

Poor poor absolutely poor!! Supposed to recieve my package consignment number 0035946 yesterday by 11:30am waited till 4pm then called and was advised driver is 3 stops away and will be no longer than 45 minutes. Still haven't received my package. Tried calling today 30 min on hold and not passed position 4. A courtesy Email to let the customer know there package is delayed should be sent out at the very least. This is why Amozon is so powerfull.

We were expecting a delivery of live fish yesterday, Fri 4th Sept, they havent arrived and no idea if they will be delivered today, Sat 5th Sept as I cannot get through to the local depot at Birtley, message saying there are issues.... Absolutely terrible customer service!! Ho

Consignment number ‪0022755‬ Overnight service a joke. APC let down the sender and me the customer by not doing what the service name suggest i. e overnight. Then when asked why this will not be automatically delivered the next day, on this occasion Saturday. They said the sender rejected the offer of a Saturday delivery even thou it is free and was an APC problem. So now my urgent delivery shipped Thursday will not arrive until Monday. Spoke with sender and this never happened.

Urgent, posted 2/9/2020 by APC courier, 0021534 shown as out for delivery 4th, never arrived causing chaos. No-one answering phones or emails, then I read these. Sent this site to Burton Power with a stinking complaint. Extraordinary times but don't offer a service, and take the money when you are obviously unable to do so. Technically, you are breaking Consumer Law. Disgusted

Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is inexistant, the tracking time is misleading. I have been waiting for my £300 item for three days now and still waiting. Won’t trust their returns and refunds service.

Astonishingly bad service. An email promised delivery which did not come, the tracking service does not work, no answer to telephone calls or emails. Promise of a card at door if delivery fails, also did not happen. Absolutely no regard for customer care, this is a company in freefall and should be avoided.

This Company just simply appalling. Fiasco after fiasco. Parcel Not delivered as stated. False promises on delivery information and non responses from depot Apologies with no substance. I know if my parcel ever arrives the goods inside will now be inedible. I think I'm going to contact Consumers Rights Act and make a complaint against APC. Stay very clear of this company.

Very rude staff. We are in the covid 19 pandemic, I have a health condition for 30 plus years and have been keeping staff. I have a poster on my door to all delivery companies stating to leave all parcels behind the bins. The driver rang the bell and drove off not leaving the parcel. The customer service staff at Shrewsbury were vile, one hung up on me when I explained I wasn't happy. This company needs to get inline with other companies. Leave the parcel in a safe place especially when stated and my signature is on the poster. Absolutely awful experience again, twice this has happened during the lockdown. A and C Williams

Stayed in all day on the first day and parcel didn’t turn up. Phoned office and was told driver ran out of time. Organised for redelivery the following day with instructions to leave with neighbour. Card through the door despite neighbours being at home. Finally delivered. Customer service was dreadful with staff not apologising and rude. I would never use this courier company.

Very bad. Paid for ND12. Arrived 16:00pm Wasted whole day for staying at home. Called local depot. Been told Nothing they can do. Driver is running late. If you want to have same bad experience. Use them.
