Horrible Company Service We've ordered some oysters, on 14th June, and we were assured that in 2 days delivery we will get our product. We called every single day about updates, and every single day there was a new reason and chivalry. Today, 18th of June I called in the morning and I was assured that my parcel will be delivered today, because they have enough drivers and finally no one is sick because of COVID. In 4 days of delivery they only had 2 drivers apparently, and both of them got COVID in this days, this is what I was told. But, in the evening it changed, I was told that it is gonna be delivered on MONDAY. So, I called again, and I was assured by Clare Turner, that I didn't call earlier today, and the circumstances are beyond their control. Then I asked her to call the driver, where she started raising her voice and telling me that at 14PM, the driver already finished his shift. And then Clare Turner, put me on hold, and when I tried calling again, my called wasn't answered. This is the worst delivery company, I have ever worked with, and the worst call centre/ customer service, very rude and unreliable.

Still awaiting a delivery, despite being promised and delivery ‘confirmed’ via email & phone on three separate occasions now. Terrible experience & have no idea the whereabouts of a delivery worth hundreds of pounds. Tracking is useless & tells me nothing. Local office going to voicemail at ten to four on a Friday, says it all.

no parcel for 3 days called 3 times over this with promise of next day delivery, driver could have read the label and left in a safe place but was taken to the depot and just left there. I let my customer down and lost the job over this. Absolutely useless I will never use them again.

They apparently “tried” to leave parcel yesterday, all I got was a card through the door saying it hadn’t been possible to deliver (someone was in all day for the record) and this is not the first time this has happened with APC but all the other companies seem able to deliver. I phoned the depot and arranged to pick item up, arrived the next day to pick item up only to be told item was out on van. Went home and phoned depot only to speak to possibly the rudest woman in the world. Basically if a company uses APC, I won’t be buying from them

Told item being delivered. Given two hour slot. No delivery have emailed them but no response and when you phone you get disconnected after being told system is busy. Awful service will be contacting thevoeople I purchased the item from advising them to find another courier as it will affect on-line orders

I will never be ordering from any seller that uses APC as the delivery company. These morons can't even read simple instructions. I have a big size note stuck to main main door wherein I have written in big capital letters "DOORBELL DOES NOT WORK - PLS LEAVE ANY PARCEL AT THE PORCH" and every delivery company - be it Amazon, Royal Mail, Hermes, Next, Evri etc - they read the note and they follow my instructions. Now I live in a house (bungalow) which has its own private driveway and once you walk through the driveway then you see the main door. So it's not like it's a shared/common space where other people stroll around. It's a home - so you can leave the parcel at the porch and I will get it (just like I get all my other packages) but no - APC does not follow simple instructions. The delivery guy reads the note on the main door and leaves the card behind "Sorry we missed you".. this has happened twice before when I ordered stuff from a different seller. So the best thing for me is to stop ordering from any seller who uses APC - plain and simple. If you can be that big of a dumbass of a company to not use your brains then I do not want to be associated with you in any form. I have already sent an email to the seller to cancel the order and ask APC to bring back the package and I have also told the seller - as long as you use APC - I will not buy from you. It's that simple

I cant believe a company like this still exists in todays world. The service is nothing short of shocking. They are the worst ever delivery company and If I were in your shoes: DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM! they cant even tell me where about my parcel is that has a value of £2000

What a completely rubbish company this is. Two weeks running now with 2 different parcels. Basically unless you stay at home between 8am & 6pm it's unlikely you'll get your parcel. You get an email the night before to say that at some point tomorrow, between 8am & 6pm, you're going to get your delivery. You must be in. You must give your signature. You can't tell them to leave it in a safe place. You can't tell them to leave it with a neighbour. You can't change the delivery address. The next day if, per chance, you weren't able at short notice to stay home all day, and you get home after work, which, funnily enough, is also after the APC staff have finished work, you can't re-arrange anything without phoning them, but they've gone home. They only keep the delivery for 3 working days. You have lost 1 working day that day, because you had a few hours notice you had to stay home all day, the next day you lose because you're home too late to speak to anyone on the phone, so then you're at the mercy of whether or not you can get hold of APC to rearrange your delivery, except now you need to take a days sick from work or ask for a days annual leave at short notice so you can be home to get your parcel. So you basically can't get your parcel.

Waited two weeks for a delivery from a seller. No card left, no email, nothing. Not the first time I have been waiting on an order to be delivered by their courier that has not arrived in time. I am a very busy person who is not going to be at home all the time and I don't have the time to go to shops to buy anything either so I rely on these delivery companies. My road is narrow as well so I expect that the driver did not even bother driving down there. Trying to sort it out with the seller but I will have to boycott them now if they APC

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you order from a vendor and the word APC overnight is mentioned cancel your order immediately. I have had the misfortune three times now of dealing with these jokers. My Labrador could make a better job of picking up and fetching than this worthless excuse of a company professing to “deliver” things.

don’t usually write reviews however I think APC deserves this one. I’d avoid using APC if you’re thinking of doing a big delivery of items, the collection was scheduled for a time between 12-5. the driver arrived at 8:55. Then i called customer service and they were very unhelpful, trying to pan me off to other people such as Interparcel. Inter parcel were much more helpful and apologised (which i didn’t get from APC) saying this happens a lot with that company. Luckily managed to get my money back after calling APC three times to get through to a good agent. I will be using DPD from now on.

What a joke. Delivery was supposedly between 13:00 and 15:00. It then changed to 13:30 till 15:30, then 15:30 till 17:30, then 4:54 till 6:54, then 17:06 till 19:06, then 17:28 till 19:28, in between these times there were extra stops? How does that happen (haha). There was also times that the website said 'There is no live delivery information available right now. Please check again later.'. Then from 17:30 this message was constant. What a joke it's now 21:10, no delivery and no information to tell me when it's happening. Joke, Joke , Joke.....

Manchester APC Overnight is a terrible company to deal with as a receiver of goods. On both occasions ordered roses, first time delivery arrives at a completely different time to stated. Second time they haven’t even turned up! Very disappointing given the cost of the delivery charge and the fact that I’m awaiting 3 roses which have been on a van all day only to be delivered back to the depot because the Manchester depot has driver issues. Not good enough, my time slot was 10.16 to 12.16, no notification from APC, I had to chase only to be told they would be with me early evening but they’ve not arrived. Terrible service so will be contacting the Rose Company to advise.

Worst delivery company ever- delivered to a neighbour after I asked them not to and then had a go at me over the phone when I asked to make a complaint as the parcel has now gone missing- stating that they “wanted to complain about me” and that other delivery companies such as DHL are rubbish. Also accused me of lying when I said I’d tried to call them that morning, saying “I was sat by the phone all morning and it never rang”. This delivery company must be run by a bunch of idiots sat in a shed somewhere in the back end of nowhere.

DISAPPOINTING SERVICE Order was marked as dispatched via email from APC on 06/06/22 and that tracking information would be available from 22.00 on that day, it is now 17.40 on 7th and no information is available, given that the service is advertised as overnight l have waited in all day for delivery and after sending in two requests as to status l have received no communication. As they state that item has to be received upon delivery do l stay at home indefinitely? Would not recommend APC who are clearly aspiring to become the new Hermes 😠😠

This is the second time that I've had Next Day Delivery and they've fallen 100% short. The first time took THREE attempts for their "drivers" to finally decide to deliver my package. I paid for next day delivery and they took three extra days. I called the depot for the first two days when I could see that the driver was suppose to come. The first one (the day it should've arrived) chose to stop working at around 15:40.. the other one (next day) at 4pm. I had to contact the seller to ask them to contact APC to ENSURE that I got a midday slot. It finally showed up. Now today, I was supposed to have a Next Day Delivery. The "company" claim that the driver "tried" to deliver the package. Did they? Not in the least. No knock on the door. No call. No card. Lies. If you can avoid this company, PLEASE DO.

I needed some important medication. My medical provider sent it via APC overnight on 31/05/22 and so I expected delivery the following day. Two days later - 02/06/22, they emailed to say there was an unexpected delay with my delivery and that they were doing everything they could to get it to me. I heard nothing further until yesterday - 06/06/22 when I was told my meds would be delivered that day with a 2 hour time slot. I had a medical appointment during that time slot and so arranged for my adult son to await their delivery. When I returned, I discovered notifications on my phone that they’d been, but no one had been there to accept the delivery; which wasn’t true. My son insists no one rang or knocked. They invited me to rebook, which I have, but I’ve no new time slot, and the original consignment number is no longer traceable. So…7 days after they were dispatched by ‘overnight’ service, I have now run out of my medication….and I just do not know when to expect their delivery. It’s appalling.

Delivery failed to arrive on due date. One week later still no delivery. Company unable to be contacted due to not answering their phones (24 mins waiting). Rubbish company. Will be claiming a refund from seller of items.
