“Was suppose to receive a package today ready for Valentine’s Day tomorrow. It hasn’t arrived but has been at the local depot since 5:40 this morning which is roughly a mile or so down the road”

“If you are a company owner do not use apc They will ruin your reputation. Every time we send something to the Gloucestershire area for 24 hour delivery It took weeks to arrive.”

“terrible delivery company. Twice I have had parcels sent to me on 24 hour delivery. The first parcel took 2 weeks the second parcel I'm still waiting for 4 days late Always the same old excuse " We use agency drivers and they haven't turned up" or The driver had to go home for a family emergency. The latter one has been used twice for 2 different parcels. the poor guy must have a lot of family emergencies.”

“APC website is very unfriendly to use and you tend to go round in circles trying to negotiate it. As I wasn't going to be in, I eventually managed to find the correct bit of the website to leave instructions on my safe place, which was behind a door beside my garage. I found the package dumped behind a shrub by my front door, which is about 10 feet from the pavement, which is quite clearly NOT safe. No card through the door, so if it had been stolen, I wouldn't even know that it had been delivered.”

“Ordered some decent quality wine. Paid £7.99 for express delivery, and still waiting 5 days later for the delivery. Initially after I chased the supplier APC said they had broken some of the bottles, and then changed their story to say they had delivered a portion of the order. Following an email exchange with the supplier, APC have now said the bottles were broken at the depot, and are still sat there.”

“Completely incompetent. Arranged redelivery twice but both days the parcel wasn't even loaded onto the van yet this was not communicated either time. Asked if we could pick the parcel up from the depot and was told yes from 8-12 on a Saturday but phone ahead first. Nobody answered the phone in any depot and there was nobody at the depot. Suspicious that the parcel has been stolen at this point.”

“I want to rate this company 0/5 stars. Worst delivery company ever, do not order from here. My order was supposed to ARRIVE on the 17th of December. Every-time I check the order status the shipping gets delayed and it now says that it will SHIP on the 29th of December. They respond to emails as if they cannot comprehend the point of a clearly written message. I am unsure how this company is still in business.”

“Terrible experience and terrible customer service. My parcels were meant to be delivered on the 20th, I have been chasing every day to only hear ‘apologies, we will deliver tomorrow’ - yet no actual delivery took place. The parcels were meant for Christmas, I think it is safe to say at this point that it is not happening. The phone is not being picked up, emails are either not responded or give some generic brush off. Worst ever experience with a delivery company I must say. Avoid!”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Having waited in all morning I rang APC and they said delivery is running late but will be delivered between 4.30 and 6pm. After 6pm I rang again to be told that my parcel is in Bradford, I live in North London! My parcel contained food, which would mean 2 days unfrigurated so would be unedible.”
