Jesus kristus alialiuja, what a waste of time,4 times 'out for delivery ’ never arrived, this was materials for work, could not do the work £ 600 out of my pocket, noice!

Completely incompetent. Arranged redelivery twice but both days the parcel wasn't even loaded onto the van yet this was not communicated either time. Asked if we could pick the parcel up from the depot and was told yes from 8-12 on a Saturday but phone ahead first. Nobody answered the phone in any depot and there was nobody at the depot. Suspicious that the parcel has been stolen at this point.

Have now received the FOURTH email notification that my parcel is out for delivery today. That's the fourth day the parcel is due to be delivered on an overnight delivery slot. Worse than Hermes/Evri...

I want to rate this company 0/5 stars. Worst delivery company ever, do not order from here. My order was supposed to ARRIVE on the 17th of December. Every-time I check the order status the shipping gets delayed and it now says that it will SHIP on the 29th of December. They respond to emails as if they cannot comprehend the point of a clearly written message. I am unsure how this company is still in business.

Terrible experience and terrible customer service. My parcels were meant to be delivered on the 20th, I have been chasing every day to only hear ‘apologies, we will deliver tomorrow’ - yet no actual delivery took place. The parcels were meant for Christmas, I think it is safe to say at this point that it is not happening. The phone is not being picked up, emails are either not responded or give some generic brush off. Worst ever experience with a delivery company I must say. Avoid!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Having waited in all morning I rang APC and they said delivery is running late but will be delivered between 4.30 and 6pm. After 6pm I rang again to be told that my parcel is in Bradford, I live in North London! My parcel contained food, which would mean 2 days unfrigurated so would be unedible.

Terrible customer service and late for delivery as well. Called the customer service and try to seek for assistance. The person refused to listen to us about the situation. And continued with his own version. Terrible experience. And you’ve got no way to complaint about his attitude.

That is the problem they have no idea where my parcel is and no way of tracking it Customer sevice no joy just told to contact the supplier. Even they rang customer service and still no one knows where the parcel is..

Definitely not an overnight delivery company. Said it was going to be delivered on days earlier this week but nothing on those days. Now saying it hasn’t even been dispatched. Was supposed it arrive 4 days ago.

I have received parcel from this APC. I missed first time because did not know i parcel coming next day. So i called APC in glasgow. Re-dilever to my home. I waitted all day for dilevery no parcel comes. I phoned apc dlivery in glasgow. A guy on the phone sound like angry when i was asking where was my parcel and why it did not dileverto me. I had to go get my parcel over there depo. Pick it up. Im not going to use this company any time in the future. I recomend any one who read this dont use this APC DILIEVERY COMPANY

ZERO review. Despite taking a day off to take the parcel, not only did they turn up, they barely approached the drive way, took a pic and then text to say we came, you were not home. I had it ALL saved on Ring. I rearranged delivery, waited at door, only to then realise it was left at .y door without anyone knocking or ringing. Appalling service. I will take this further.

My local APC DON’t deserve even one star, they must be short of drivers. But, I’ve had bad delivery twice now from this company since November. Cwmbran depot. South Wales. They Don’t answer phone but neither does your National line 0800…… Tried to track a parcel of meat which is perishable after 48 hours. If I hadn’t tried to find the parcel physically by going out and looking for the drop down pin they had put on firstly at the location which was an industrial estate about 1 mile from me and then eventually retrieving it from the depot which the driver had taken it back to. I was there at 3.15 pm the driver had gone home. The boy there said he couldn’t find me??? WELL I found them. I live in Pontypool this was Cwmbran only a flew miles away. They didn’t even let me know this had happened. Because this has happened before only a few weeks ago with a delivery from another farm I was on the alert. So I found them myself. I contacted the farm and they are going to lodge a formal complaint. I’m also going to report this on TRUST PILOT. ONCE bitten and all that…… Perhaps they need more drivers but a bad job is a bad job. Was told it wasn’t their normal driver, but twice in a month is unacceptable. DPD are much better. My communication with the depot was nil. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THIER PHONE. IT STARTS TO RING THEN GOES INTO AN ENGAGED TONE. SI DOES THE NATIONAL NUMBER. HAD TO PHYSICALLY DRIVE TOGET MY PARCEL.

Tracking system not working. Delivered 1 parcel out of 3 then said delivery is coming tomorrow. Not an overnight delivery company. Not sure I will use the wine company who use this delivery service, wasted nearly a whole day waiting.

I was ment to get my dogs ashes bck on Friday between 7 an 9 pm but he clocked of at 7.20pm so we didn't get them when I called them the old bloke was so dam rude he sed Christmas presents that are plastic were more important then this but this was a much loved pet an asked when it will be dropped of again he sed Monday I sed today but drivers out an can't do it I called bck an sed I will collect it myself he told me to be there for 12pm but I rang to say I was held up in traffic I will be a few mins late I was driving 40 miles away when we got there they all had gone home so wasted journey also they gave us wrong postcode so they knew they were gone by the time we got there It's a disgrace of a company an should be shut down the attitude of staff is awful I wouldn't give it any stars they don't deserve any had to give one star to tell you how horrible they are ADVOID ADVOID DO NOT USE

Perishable food not delivered on day allocated ( friday). Next day contacted APC who couldn't offer any explanation even after talking with the driver but said it would delivered later that day ( saturday ). Still did not arrived. I used tracking to follow the van. It had driven past our avenue and parked a mile away from 12 for the rest of each day.

awful service, incompetent staff and unprofessional no where the professional of its competitors. i phoned to ask why they delivered a box to an address not even on the delivery notice, they didn't even give to anyone, then sent an email saying i had personally received it - when i rang to chase, they just put me on hold and then wouldn't answer the phone when i rang back - have requested DPD deliver in future from the Seller

Absolutely appalling service. Far from being “overnight “ they took over a week from the day they received the goods to the day they delivered. They failed to deliver on three separate days when they told me they would be delivering. Of course, their tracking system doesn’t work either.
