Absolutely discussed, extremely poor service. Have now waited over 3 weeks for a delivery and despite the confirming a new day and delivery time, I have waited in all day and still no delivery. They are supposed to be 24 hours but you can’t contact them after 5pm. Awful service.

Re ordered delivery, was home waiting for it then ticket closed. No card through door, no delivery. Can't reach anyone on the phone. Seem this is the company MO.

Don't bother taking a day off work for your 'next day' delivery. They assured me several times the package would arrive yesterday. Obviously it didn't. This isn't the first time this has happened. What is the point in having a service you can't stick to? We have lives too, also jobs to get on with, and bills to pay. This company needs to take a long hard look at itself and realise you can't not deliver when you are meant to. In other industries you get fired. Unfortunately the only method of ensuring this poor service doesn't get ignored is to write a public review to make your client base aware of you malpractice or should I say, not being able to do a simple job. I've had to take another day off work to make sure I am home to collect the package I was 'guaranteed to arrive today' and another day of lost income. Let's say I'm not confident they will deliver again... UPDATE: I've emailed, and they have responded with totally conflicting information to the folks who I spoke to twice on the phone. Phone people said my package is out with the driver and will be delivered by 5:30pm, whereas the email help has said my package is in the warehouse. Madness! ANOTHER UPDATE: I called APC again and now the same guy is telling me he doesn't know if the package is in the warehouse or with the driver. It's 5:33pm. Another no show. Another day wasted at home. I've lost 2 days worth of wages. Disgusting behaviour. AVOID!!!!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Utterly rubbish. Said no-one was in when we were. Couldn't even look up our order since the consignment number wasn't recognised. Awful avoid at all costs.

Delivery scheduled with 2 hour slot. Waited and hour longer... Never showed up. Website still telling me it's coming. Called them up. They told me they aren't coming... I lost a day's wages waiting for this. Now they're saying they can't leave it tomorrow and someone has to be there to sign... So am I to lose two days wages? Absolute garbage. I would never use this delivery company again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Avoid them like they're covid... I'll be down £200 because of them. That's if it actually arrives tomorrow.

We are an account holder of 1yr plus We are an account holder of 1yr plus. Items are now being stolen and we are having to pay for Uber drivers to collect from hubs to deliver to our customers. You receive zero support and huge costs to keep customers happy. APC is NOT a 24hr service

Was advised my delivery was made, then told the driver delivered to the wrong address. The address given that the delivery was made, the residents are not there. No idea on the whereabouts of my package. Customer service do not pick up calls. So far, far from Impressed. If my resolution, I'll contact trading standards.

Payed for before 12 Saturday delivery £30. They do not answer phones a d my parcel left the depot at 10:30…for an hour the driver’s position is in train station at delivery 8 while I am number 17 and it’s 11:53.

Worst delivery I've ever seen! We got the news that the package was delivered but the package is gone! We didn't get any sticky note or photo where the courier left it. I do not recommend. They are the worst.

Received a text to say my delivery would be with me at a certain time. The delivery didn't turn up and no effort was made to contact me or inform me that the delivery couldn't be made for whatever reason. Called and emailed, but am yet to receive a reply.

I have never had such a bad delivery service. I still haven’t received my item, after 2 attempts- I would say 3 attempts but the driver decided to go home instead of delivering to me when I was literally 2 minutes away!! The delivery address is a holiday chalet park - which every other delivery company finds - except APC First delivery attempt was 9th June - which would have been great if I hadn’t been told it was going to be the 14th… so no I wasn’t there .. turns out he didn’t go to the correct site anyway, but decided to say I wasn’t home (that’s true as it wasn’t the correct address) Second attempt, the driver went to the wrong site again and instead of calling me for guidance- took a picture of somebody’s chalet to confirm he’d been there !!! Third attempt today, after assurance it would be delivered, I tracked the driver to less than 3 minutes away, when he suddenly decided he’d had enough and went in the opposite direction and home for his tea!! No courtesy calls, no contact of any kind and when I called the Call Centre Delivery Line - I was told he had ‘van trouble’ - really????? It looked like it was moving pretty quickly towards home to me. I find it unbelievable that the driver hasn’t had the sense to call - if he’s unable to follow his Sat Nav - at no point have I ever been told if it’s a morning or afternoon delivery, so I’ve been left waiting all day. And then to make the effort to take a picture of the wrong property and yet still not call me is utterly unbelievable. "What went wrong?". Everything.They incompetent and the staff in the women in the Drumlane depot offices lie. I have emails to back this claim up. I have been waiting 3 weeks now, for a delivery. 3 times now I have waited in for a delivery for it to not turn up. Worst couriers. Worst than hermes.

I cant find words that could even come close to how rubbish this cowboy company is. Every single parcel i have ever had from them is late and delayed. Ive spent countless hours waiting in for parcels to just not arrive. I have contacted my suppliers and told them they have now lost my business unless they change courier. DO NOT USE THEM.

Please avoid this company. "APC overnight" They are rubbish , very poor service. Costumer services is OMG I never had vorster company service in my lifetime. They laying peoples where send you a info Sorry we missed you, but is not true. I check my cctv and I couldn't see driver from this company where I was waiting all day. I lost my time waiting for them service . Please avoid them as posibule. M.

i am a customer of APC about 4 weeks ago i contacted your IT department and left messages on there phone to report a fault om printer but have never heard from them.A week ago my depot in slough said i could buy one from them for £150 which i agreed to but still no printer Tony

If I could give no stars I would. They are truly the worst courier company in the UK. I ordered from an online supplier who sadly chose to use APC. It was sent next day, but didn't arrive. I spoke to their Stoke office, who couldn't care less. Just we haven't got it here so how can we deliver it to you. The person I spoke to promised to call me back but couldn't be bothered so didn't. I called her back the next day and was told it wasn't her fault that somebody hadn't called me back, even though she was the one who said she would. I was told that there was nothing they could do and I should take it up with the sender. The sender apparently spoke to them and was told that they had sent it to the wrong depot by mistake and arranged for the delivery to come out the following day but because it was now going to be 3 days late they would upgrade it to a morning delivery. I waited..and waited. The driver eventually turned up at 10 past 3 in the afternoon! It wasn't his fault so I politely asked him if it shouldn't have been delivered in the morning. Unfortunately he did not understand as he could speak and understand very little English. All he could say was 'Call the office they will say sorry' As he could say this line quite clearly I think he was very used to saying it. I run an ecommerce business and would never put my customers through the pain of dealing with this third rate shockingly bad organisation that have no interest in performance or customer service.

Firstly they said I was not in, I was in all day. They didn’t even leave a calling card, so I doubt he even bothered trying to find my block on the complex. I am disabled and I was waiting for new crutches, most annoyed. I ordered product on the Thursday morning, for the Friday delivery, as it was a bank holiday. Phoned them and they said delivery would be on the Tuesday. Most annoyed. Tuesday came, delivery man rang my intercom, I asked him to bring it to my front door, he was extremely rude saying he could not deliver to my door and it would be left in the foyer. I explained I was disabled and that where some parcels have been left in foyer had been stolen. He did agree to bring it to my door then promptly left it in foyer. Luckily I am well known here and a resident kindly brought it up for me. Would definitely not recommend this company.

Rude customer services. Their T&C and refund policy has changed multiple times to a point where they are responsible for nothing. Never using their services again, do not recommend!
