Instead of delivering the box I ordered from Graze.com they keep leaving cards through the letter box. Very sad to not receive my order. Worst delivery service in UK! 0 Stars!

Appalling service avoid using this company at all costs. It has been two days now and I am still waiting to speak to someone. No customer service. No management. No one answers telephone calls or emails. Should not be in business with such a bad service use a different company. Failure to deliver regular consignment of perishable goods cost money to other businesses especially when they charge an additional fee for next day delivery before 12 and fail to do so.

Ordered something for a birthday present, 5 days before. Was promised 48hr delivery. Not something you can just buy in a supermarket. On the birthday itself I was told by email that it would not be with me for another 24 hours. When I called I was told they had forgotten to put it on the van, they had no further vans to my area today and if I wanted to complain I could email a complaint in. The operator could not have shown he could care any less if he actually said "I could not care any less" Only deal with local people apparently. Load of rubbish.

I placed an order with a paint company for overnight delivery. The APC system shows that the parcel was at their sending hub on the 25 April, and delivery hub on the 29 April. I contacted APC in Newhaven to enquire about delivery and was advised that a delivery was scheduled for 3 May due to the bank holiday. I telephoned to ask if I could collect the parcel. The lady I spoke to said she would check if the parcel was still in the warehouse, and it was. I jumped in the car and drove 30 miles to the depot. At the collection office I gave a gent the consignment number and he vancished for 20 mins. He said we dont have the parcel as it came into the depot late that day and was loaded on the van as an addition, he had tried to contact the van driver without success. I left empty handed. There was no attempt to deliver the parcel that day, our cctv and ring doorbell detected nothing. So I have not got a clue whats happening. I have had this issue before with APC and I wish vendors would find a more reliable courier.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!i suffer ill health and needed batteries for my mobilty scooter,i waited in all day as delivery stated 26th april,the front door was left open till 8pm.then i had a message from this joke of a company saying they attempted delivery comlete nonsense,then i find they did not put it on the vans the next day for delivery ihad to email them to rebook its ridiculous, tere was no cards left as the delivery was clearly not attempted,after a dispute with the manager i asked him to ask the driver what the sign says on my front door then if he thinks he attempted delivery and i got no answer to it,awfull company,i asked for compenstion for the upset and wated time and manager said go to the seller you bought the item from,thats disgusting and will take it further,still waiting today at moment for delivery 28.4 22. not good,

Worst ever experience. Should have been delivered on 20th March. Despite text messages with time of delivery, numerous phone calls and promises of delivery. The full order has not been delivered. Asked for item to be placed in shed. Was put outside near door. Only half of the order has been delivered. Today been on the phone to them since 8.30. No one has answer. The most appealing service with a lack of concern to the customer and the company they are delivering for. Never use again. But would like the second part of my order. I have work men waiting for the item

Absolutely terrible courier company that is not fit for purpose and as such should not be in business. Why do companies use APC for a courier service because APC does not deliver goods ordered and paid for in good faith by customers. We are awaiting an order that was collected by APC at the beginning of April; it is now 26 April and still no sign of the item because 'it has been sitting in APC's warehouse since early April'. Come on suppliers, stop using this appalling company; there are many others out there whose service is outstanding.

Driver attempted delivery but as noone home left note but did not bother to fill in the tracking number, 2 emails sent, no reply, sender contacted them, they promised to deliver but did not.

Totally unreliable company. First attempt at delivery did not happen.Yet sent email they had called. Second they promised to deliver on 3 September occasions.None of which materialised. Thirdly they never answer emails. Fourthly they tell lies when you eventually get through to a member of staff.Untruths include driver will turn round and call.Another that driver running late . Finally get my delivery.11 days late.Where driver does not knock or phone but leaves my delivery on the doorstep in view of passing individuals.Sneeked off probably due to shame and guilt because of unprofessional service by the whole team. Sadly the company I order goods from won’t get a repeat order if they continue to use APC as their courier.

It seems I am not alone in finding out to my detriment that this company is beyond belief. And Customer Relations are the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered an item from a company I’ve used many times and I trust them. They used APC. Big mistake. I returned from holiday in March to find an APC card in my mailbox. All it said was “over back gate”.No date or signature. I checked the communal gateway and nothing was there. I checked my security cameras and saw a delivery driver throw my parcel over a 7’ gate. He then wrote the card and posted it. None of my neighbours has the parcel, and being a communal gate it’s used regularly. On my porch window were instructions for delivery if no one was home. I contacted Customer Relations and they were utterly useless, stating the responsibility was not theirs. A number of email were exchanged and the bottom line is I’m out of pocket and they’re refusing replacement or reimbursement saying it’s the senders responsibility. Had their driver complied with their own policy I would have been in possession of my goods. One reply from a Customer Relations manager states; “ I don’t feel any courier would be able to say they deliver to absolute perfection 100% of the time”. I have tried the depot and National Customer Relations and getting the same response. Refusal to take responsibility or offer compensation. Whilst the driver is totally at fault for not adhering to their own policy, the worst scenario is totally unprofessional Customer Relations. They quote ‘policy’ but refuse to send me a copy of the policy. They say they have been in touch with the sender....I’ve asked for proof because the sender has not been contacted. Again, nothing. So im Out of pocket. They won’t take responsibility for their driver, and tell me that no courier delivers all of the time. Is this really a company that we should be using ??? Disgusting, disgraceful, and what’s more important is that those who are supposed to help us resolve issues don’t give a damn and make statements that seem to be incorrect. I believe the company I bought the goods from when they say they’ve not been contacted. It’s a small company and they have no reason to be less than truthful. They’ve offered a refund, but it’s APC who are totally at fault. I’m guessing when they read this I’ll get either no reply or the standard script they adopt for all negative reviews. I don’t expect they will do anything more. Unprofessional.

Shocking courier company not my choice of courier but the supplier I purchased from My parcel should have been delivered last Wednesday 13th April instead it turns up the following Wednesday very little information given no answer for why my parcel was a week late I will be contacting the supplier for a refund and if they don't change the courier I won't use them again

Parcel wasn't collected, waited in all day, no-one turned up. Phone contact is basically redundant, emaild customer services and got a very laim apology for not collecting. Got told it would be collected the next day- it wasn't !!! Totally let down twice. Wouldn't use again!

Almost a fake company. Pretended they delivered a package. Don’t respond to emails. They have a a fake “all the lines are busy” message everytime you call that actually just hangs up after telling you that. Staggeringly bad

it’s the worst experience i’ve ever had as a customer of anything - for your own sanity, avoid this dreadful company. the next day delivery service took close to three weeks to deliver, and only because i endured hours (yes, hours) on the phone trying to get through to anyone who could help. my parcel had to be sent by the sender twice as the first attempt ended up in them returning the package to the sender. they lied to the sender too.. saying that had “carded and called me multiple times” - there was never any evidence of them attempting to deliver my parcel, no card has been left. the sender accused me of being difficult and nearly charged me for sending the parcel again through this dreadful service. i had emailed them, trying to find out if they had the right address but no one replied to my email.when i finally got through to them, the person on the phone said that the driver “couldn’t find the address “ so instead of contacting me, they decided not to bother. my street is easily found and i have never had anyone tell me that my address is difficult to find. today i spent 1hr and 20 mins on the phone and listening to them telling me to keep waiting as “my phone call is very important to them”. in the end i gave up.. i opened the door and my parcel was there. it was to be delivered much earlier, that’s why i called them. they didn’t even knock.. just dumped the parcel by my door. the only reason why i received my parcel was persistence and two days off wasted waiting for them. i was unable to go out for fear of missing my delivery. they have no respect for their customers. i am so upset writing this. how dare you treat people like this.. There were no updates and the tracking service doesn’t work. this company is the worst company i have ever encountered.
