Total waste of my time extremely poor customer service waited in 2 days for a so called overnight service they wanted me to wait a 3rd day like an idiot I told them to return it because I wasn't going to be at home and they couldn't care less they could of told me the day before it wasn't going to come but decided to tell me the day after

Changing to APC has been a great move for this small business and I now get complements from customers on the speed and efficiency of my deliveries. APC take a sensible but safe approach when customers are not in, are efficient and I have had zero damage reported. I can't recommend highly enough.

APC hub should be shut down. They don’t prioritise deliveries as they should always deliver two days late when advertised overnight. Nobody wants to take responsibility for very bad customer service

We have a depot very close to us and they are awful neighbours, blocking our access, refusing to move and threatening us. Vans move at high speed and footpaths are blocked by vans so people have to walk in the road in the dark. I am sure many are lovely, but there are some rogues.

I ordered a parcel and they gave me a set date for when it would come and they didn’t meet this, I rang up and after 25 minutes overall on hold all I got was that it will be delivered the next day (today) and it was supposed to come in the morning and it’s 5:30 and it still hasn’t come!! I’ve tried ringing them since and after 25 minutes on hold again they never answered me, joke

Very poor service, filled in and paid for the consignment, then failed to receive the Bar Code address to affix to the package, then received two days later an email saying that APC can't deliver to this address in the UK with Cheshire post code?

Must be the worst delivery company every time some parcel is delivered I'm at work so no one is in. So I then have to drive 20 miles round trip to collect my parcel WHY CANT THE PARCEL BE LEFT AY THE HOUSE like the other delivery companies do I try and tell people not to use apc it cost me more money to keep driving to collect it myself AVOIDE THIS COMPANY

Ordered an item on the 11th April, and have just today received it almost three weeks what a joke!! First delivery stated I had signed for it when I could prove I was forty miles from my home that day second attempt on 26th April stated to my purchasing Company that there was nobody at home not surprising really as they had been instructed to deliver on Tuesday 27th April!! On Thursday 29th April after the purchasing Company had virtually no response from APC they arranged yet another parcel to be sent to me overnight Hooray it arrived today I will NEVER purchase anything online from any Company that uses APC as its distribution and delivery courier

Worst delivery company I've ever had to deal with! 'Apparently' tried to deliver the first time, no card or anything left to inform of this, had to get back in touch with the store I purchased from myself to find out. Arranged for another day, sat around most of the day, something came up and they couldn't deliver. Package now supposed to be coming today but surprise, surprise, YET AGAIN they can't seem to track it to be sure 😒 I would avoid this company at all costs and wouldn't have even given them a star if I could have avoided it!!

Lazy drivers that can't be bothered to deliver to my door, 3 times they just left it at the parking lot or with someone else despite I was at the premises all these times. I spoke several times to the local depot, emailed them and they just protect their lazy drivers. One of my parcels got lost obviously because they didnt delivered TO ME!. Their solution over thr phone " just contact your vendor to request a new parcel" which basically means f.. off we don't care about the costumers.

Driver buzzed my intercom and told me that I need to come down to collect. When I went downstairs and questioned why he couldn't deliver to my door he told me it's because he couldn't park. I told him that's not my problem and didn't appreciate having to leave my 8-month old baby alone upstairs while making his life easier for him. He got back in his van and drove off leaving me without my delivery.

Delivery slot was 1.30 till 3.30 on 20th no one turned up after stop 33 on system driver took his self of i was stop 39 spoke to someone today and was told it won't be out for delivery today has he already left shouldn't of the ones that was not delivered yesterday been delivered today first and all I got was it will be delivered when it gets delivered these are worst then hermes and that is saying something I have the pictures of tracking he took his self back to depo not happy at all this parcel was food for a birthday gift

I was told that a delivery was attempted on the Monday 2 weeks after my order was placed. I was at work so arranged a redelivery for the Wednesday when i would be in. The package did not arrive. I also had no correspondence following the confirmation email for redelivery. I have tried to track my order since to no avail. I have tried to contact the company only to be told that they will get back to me. They still have not gotten back to me. This is the worst customer service I have had from a delivery service. I am yet to receive my parcel.

had a parcel due for delivery the 6th - live tracking was wrong so I missed the delivery by about half an hour (even though i was *technically* an hour early) booked for redelivery the 10th - nothing shows up! every time i look at the parcel tracking page it just updates to say out for delivery whatever date im looking at it on - have tried to contact APC numerous times with no response - all i want is a tracking number for my parcel so i don't miss it! i've had to sit at home all day the last week waiting for it to be delivered and it is still unarrived.

I have an order form a flooring company that was scheduled form Tuesday. The driver pulled up gave me 2/3 of the order and when questioned 'sorry where is the rest' he said 'oh yeah i have seen the rest at the depot floor but i did not loaded it on, i drop it off tomorrow mate' First this delivery attitude and service is unacceptable Second it is Thursday and after collectively trying to sort it out with the flooring company still no contact no delivery! So i have decided to leave a one star review from own every day until i receive my goods!

Delivery driver didn't knock or ring, I only knew he was there as I heard our gate as he left. When I tried to talk to him about it, he was rude and walked away. One of our boxes which was marked as fragile was damaged
