Not going in to detail, just to say what a shower. I won't be buying from any company that use them. So if you are a supplier think about changing to someone else.

I’m also surprised at the negative reviews here. I’ve been getting canvas prints of all shapes and sizes delivered to my gallery for the last couple of years and never had any problems. Long may it continue!

Claim to have tried to deliver twice and left a card. No .. at home ... no attempt to deliver and no card. Promised to deliver next day and phone when at property. Still waiting. I feel sorry for the companies that use them. Notice the response to bad reviews., it’s the same every time. Of course it needs looking into !!!

Very poor service. They delivered my parcel to the wrong place, then promised to bring it the next day, which never happened. Now I'm again waiting for tomorrow for a possible delivery but I don't even know who has my parcel and in what condition or if they can even get it back at this point. Customer service numbers rarely answer the phone, email seems to be more efficient but quite poor service. You would think that the delivery person would at least ask for an ID to check who they give the parcels to....

ABSOLUTELY USELESS. They sent a text stating delivery between 14:47 and 16:47 then attempted delivery at 08:59. Second attempt they sent text stating 08:19 to 10:19, delivered before 07:30. Drivers response was that the stated times don't mean anything and he can deliver any time he wants, meaning you have to potentially wait in an entire day. They don't respond to emails. The other reviews on here say it all. I will be recommending that the vendor uses a different courier service if they want my custom in the future.

damages quite often latest one cannot understand why it was delivered. Jumps poles that are bent 3 ways wrapping showed should be straight and customer still waiting for 1 parcel. Always damages when sent to West Country area

The last order was a day late it was supposed to be frozen when it arrived the next day it wasn’t and now waiting for a delivery before 12 noon and no show again very bad delivery I will not order from Cornwall again

The driver put the wrong house number on delivery note, and not notified by e mail that delivery would be that day. I phoned local depot to be told that delivery was on route to me, driver went straight past and then I got an e mail that I wasn't in and a note was left. I immediately phoned depo and was told delivery would be next day, after complaining that the driver was only just up the road a delivery was finally carried out. NOT HAPPY.

Been trying to get a parcel redelivered for a couple of days. If I ring the number on the card phone cuts off after the long winded message. several emails have been ignored. We were home on the original delivery date due to lockdown so don't know how we missed the first visit. Not my choice of Company and now never will be. Can't deal with a Company that can't be contacted.

As with many other reviews, driver said he had tried to deliver but no one home and a card had been left. NO delivery was attempted so therefore no card was left. This is not the first time it has happened to me with this company. If I could leave no stars this would be more accurate of my opinion of this company.

APC CWMBRAN, when acting ad the middleman are a joke!! Ordered an oven on line and it's over a week and no delivery yet, even though the online company says it's despatched! Reasons for delay range from weight of parcel to APC moving premises!! Customer service non existent!!

I'm amazed at any poor reviews for APC. I send guitars overnight with APC frequently and they haven't let me down once yet with probably 40 odd deliveries. I'm currently in another situation with Parcelfarce where a guitar has been 'out for delivery' on three different days without one attempt at actual delivery. Will probably be a case full of matchsticks when it finally arrives.

Should have had a delivery today for my Mum's birthday. Estimated delivery time was 4.20-6.20. I checked the tracker on and off throughout the day and at 4.50, the driver was 5 minutes from my parents house. However, no delivery was made even though he only had a few deliveries to make before supposedly getting to my Mum's package no. Soon after this the tracker was switched off and I have been unable to locate the delivery ever since. I have even rung the depot but to no avail. Normally I would get over something not being on time but in this case the goods are perishable and will be of no use tomorrow after spending the night goodness knows where. This is obviously why they are sent on an overnight, next day delivery service!! Hugely disappointed and very upset that my Mum has received no gift from me on her birthday! If the delivery does arrive tomorrow, it will not be accepted as the product will be nul and void. Will a full refund be given? I cannot expect one from the original shop, their service was excellent. Thank you, Emma Crossley

Had a birthday present for my Mum sent from the Cheese Hamlet on the overnight delivery. It was due to arrive today between 4.20 and 6.20. At 4.50, the driver was 5 minutes away from the destination of my package on the tracker system. Since that time, the tracker has been switched off and the package has not arrived. Hugely disappointed as this item is perishable and will not be in a suitable condition to be delivered tomorrow. After having read other reviews, I will also be sure to tell my parents to make sure the driver doesn't sign for it making a refund nul and void!!!

Didnt nock or ring bell, claimed to have left Card but never done this either. Lazy drivers cant be bothered going upstairs in apartment blocks.

Returned a fresh meat package because it was delivered a day late. Asked for a refund from supplier as it had been sent back, told it has been signed for. Only the driver could have signed this. This is fraud in my opinion. Now i have lost £100 thanks to this dishonesty.

We use a range of carriers APC are much better than some of your reviews indicate, the bulk of our overnight parcels are delivered in the morning, in terms of loss/damage, significantly better than DPD, UPS etc as are the rates they charge. Hope that helps...
