Dishonest behaviour on several occasions from them, they send a message as they been to the address and unable to deliver your parce, while you are at home on a ground floor when you can clearly monitor and know no delivery attempts is being made, they pre analyse addresses for parking issues and simply don't bother trying to deliver. I have been told by the sender there was 3 delivery attempts made in 2 days one of them being Sunday, yeah right, they called me after my complains and pretend they can't locate my address where I get 50 deliveries some weeks, so how did you have 3 delivery attempts where you can't even locate the postcode. They continuesly write their own 5 star reviews, and hypocritically reply them, but no surprises there for me as corruption is contagious and spread amongst all workers... Stay away from them they are crooks!!!

After initial blip with delivery couldn't find the address they redeemed themselves by Malcolm from APC depot managed to get my beautiful Turners pies redelivered. E for effort but sadly not on the Birthday!

absolutely shocking same story (Driver) stopped at Drop 50 and we were 59. it was due for delivery between 3 and 5 pm. The driver stopped drop 50 and went back to the depot. Depot close at 6 pm. Nobody to contact Emergency package just missed! The local depot is GS Couriers near Lincoln. if any business attempts to use a PC to deliver a package to us, we will tell them under no circumstances. Should I do that and find another Currier like DPD.

Gave me a day/time to deliver it didn't come I contacted gave me another day/time and still haven't bothered delivering

The worst company delivery. I ordered expensive maschine £400 and got message saying l was signed and delivered to my hand personally. I was that time all day at work nobody was at home to siged.Driver did picture close door with no parcel showing and person who he delivered. I spoke with seller they chase courier and he came back to my place looks for missing parcel and person. Spoke with my flatmate and saying he delivered to who where? I am fighting with seller and company to get refund. Someone stilling from this company be very careful with them. I contact deposit company filled complaint nobody answered. Awfully experience.

I received an email from them with the track number and said today im gonna received the parcel between 13.30-15.30.. i was take a day off from my job just for the parcel ( 55 inch TV. ).. guess what?? never coming..i was calling the customers which said- I'm going to call you back because i can't find the driver... never call me back. Now i can't take another day off because I'm gonna loose my job...Stay Away from them..

Customer service man at Leyland very rude. I wasn’t in when the company called with a signed for parcel as I’d no idea they were calling. I rang for re delivery & he couldn’t give me a time slot. He then told me I could collect it, when I pointed out to him where I was, he just said “well it’s only 20 minutes away, we can get a van there in that time” I am 45 minutes away & he assumed that I was able to drive there! Dreadful customer service, very, very rude.

Again like so many others took unpaid leave off work as told delivery next day got to 3 stops before mine then no tracking and when called had rude staff tell me yeah well driver can back he run out of time and don’t know if and when we will redeliver it . Beyond fuming feel to drive to there hun and see if they try be that rude to my face .

APC Overnight - why is it every time i get a parcel from you it is nearly always damaged??. The latest one arrived today from Devon Pond Plant (stated on the label) but it also had the warning of 'Perishable Goods' which appears to be the go-ahead phrase for 'break open the packaging to see if its worth nicking'. The box had been ripped open but luckily Devon Pond Plants packaged their products well. Obviously no one had a need for pond plants today! Every time without fail I get a 'There has been an unexpected delay' notice from them. I'm at the stage now that that when I purchase from a company online, if (always after payment) it then shows as APC being the courier, I'll cancel the order. It should be mandatory to show who the courier is prior to payment being taken as the loss in revenue would spur these companies to improve their customner service.

Received my 5th delivery from this Company this morning and aside from 1 delivery I had last year which was delayed by 2 days due to the driver being overloaded (too many deliveries clearly) I have had zero issues at all. The parcel which was delayed arrived with a very polite driver who took the time to explain why it was late. The other 4 have been within the time period which was pre-advised via both text and e-mail and by the same driver who delivers in the Manchester M9 6** area who has always been polite on arrival and actually takes the time for me to arrive and answer the front door (some, we know, don't! Please take note Amazon!). The supplier who uses APC for my deliveries gives lots of options for using other delivery options which includes Royal Mail (try not to laugh), that is of course, when they are not on strike, which I used to use, however, I fully intend to stick with APC. Their time windows are better and the delivery is well within them, credit goes to the Manchester Depot and this particular driver

Dreadful company. Do not use. Delivery due yesterday. Tracking suddenly stopped when van was just a few stops away. No contact from company. Emailed them that evening and response was that 'the driver ran into an issue and had to return to the depot'. Delivery rescheduled for today. No further contact from APC . No estimated delivery time. Emailed them this afternoon to be told my package was now labelled as damaged and would not be delivered at all! Advised that I needed to contact original vendor to try to arrange a replacement. Appalling service. Non existent communication. Avoid!!

My item had been opened and re wrapped with parcel tape in a mess once opened the Jiffy bag had already been opened and 6 items missing which were vape liquid was supposed to be delivered Friday didn't arrive until Wednesday which is strange when it's next day delivery warn anyone in using this company

Order paid for in local toolstation, sent direct from supplier received by courier (apc) not received 6 days later ( meant to be 2 day ) still out there somewhere, tracking it (latest breaking news, its stationary). Not impressed

Absolutely appalling service. I'm still waiting for any response after a week regarding were my delivery,a sink is. Next day delivery..no not even next week. I contacted seller to locate and they informed I had rebooked delivery. An absolute lie. I had day off to receive sink and worse still had plumber booked to fit it. Tracking non existent. I'd really avoid this company.

Not delivered as scheduled on 03/02/2023 due by 2.32pm. The tracking has been removed I was drop 84 and it appeared that drop 79 was the last Geo Point tracked either broken down in Buntingford or gave up on a Friday PM. this is the Stevenage Depot and no new as date has since been advised. These are perishables ie plants who knows what state they will be in when they finally arrive.

2 items sent, 2 damaged, but so many more in the past hence my review! Booked as none convertible or fragile, same store, they break more then they diliver correctly. I'm dreding the claims process as always try to wriggle out of paying and when they do it never covers my costs, they never refund the shipping cost either, just seems I'm paying them to destroy my hard work and disopoint my customers.

due for delivery on set day, not delivered. Rebooked in for delivery, not delivered on assigned day. Rebooked in again, not delivered on assigned day. Rebooked in again, not delivered on assigned day. Currently on 5th attempt. I dont understand whats going on and why they wont deliver my parcel. Exeter branch dont anwer phone calls and head office just tells me its booked in for redelivery every time i call. pullling my hear out

I am really disappointed with them. They could not find my address and every-time the reason is same the intercom is not working. They are attaching wrong gate photos in the delivery. I have given them the instruction and my personal phone number too still they can't find my address and can't call me. They does not seems serious with their business. I recommend not to do business with this company.
