Truly awful experience! The driver never called or made presence known I’ve wasted two days watching and waiting only for the delivery period to expire then an email arrive saying ‘delivery was attempted’. It was not. Called customer service who didn’t care at all. Seemed not to believe me then said they can’t redeliver a third time. When I sweared the customer service agent used it as an excuse to hang up on me even though it was obviously not directed to them.

Parcel shipped the 25th of March. Ten dans later, statut hasn't change : in transit....since 10 days. It seems the parcel is lost somewhere when I read others rating.

Paid extra for this service. Tracking does not work and no delivery!! No reply to my email. Useless and appalling service.

either dont knock when delivering, or just dont bother turning up. Shambolic company. Will never use again

was given 2 separate days and time slots . Tracked parcel both days which said when it was to be delivered. Had someone wait in both days . Both days said parcel had been dispatched No delivery No explanation Customer care service. Was on hold then hung up on when through. Could not then get back through Still not received parcel as yet. 31st March

One of the worst delivery companies I've ever used. Absolutely shocking customer service. I'm so angry. Anyone that wants to use this service, one word of advice- DON'T! You won't receive your parcel on time and the staff won't help you. Just appalling service.

I was text messaged a delivery slot of between 12.23 and 14.23 totally meaningless, why ask a question you already know the answer to, even your answer phone message is last Christmas closing times do you know we're nearly in April perhaps your still delivering parcels from then.

Shockingly bad service. We used to get deliveries from apc once a fortnight and they were always late by 1 to 2 weeks. Thankfully the company sending the parcels now use a reliable courier which delivers on time and has tracking that works. Last Thursday I apparently missed the delivery man/woman however the bell never rand, the dogs didn't bark and their was no postcard to say they had been. Rearranged delivery for Friday using the website and it didn't turn up, promised it would arrive Monday, it didn't, prised it would arrive Tuesday, it didn't, promised it would arrive yesterday and surprise surprise it didn't. The company I am getting the parcel from have been inundated with complaints from other customers and are themselves now moving courier companies. The depot don't answer their phone, and if I could give the company 0 stars I would. If you are a company reading this review, save yourself and your customers unnecessary grief and use a proper professional courier service, not these cowboys.

I paid for next day delivery. I got an email that gave me a two hour window. I tracked my parcel all day, I saw that the driver was in my area all day. Then.. the delivery NEVER happened. The driver chose to not deliver my parcel even though I paid for that particular service. I called their office. The guy on the other end tells me in a blasé tone that it will be delivered tomorrow. No reason was given as to WHY they CHOSE to STEAL MY MONEY FOR SUB STANDARD SERVICE!!! This swindling company deserves a surprise visit from Trading Standards.. then SHUT DOWN.

I spoke to a lady called Shay who is in Brighouse west yorkshire she was amazing her customer service is high end and a very polite helpful person kept me in the loop at all times with my delivery. Thanks Shay

The worst. We spend £100K yearly with them alone and we are treated so badly. They never payout on damages and they damage stuff every week. Never reply to inquiries when items are late or lost and it's almost a daily occurrence with them. Never on time to collect from us. I hate that our business is so reliant on couriers, especially APC.

Useless. Failed delivery twice despite somebody being in each time. Didn't even make an attempt to call up to my flat to let me know they had arrived. Then told me I had to collect from the depot which is over an hour away. Never had an issue with any other company.

Was able to track on live tracking stated I was 18th on drop off give me a time between 10.30 1nd 12.00 came at 11 10 over the moon with service .

Joke of a company! Ordered frozen reptile food from reputable company, that meant to be delivered by them. I live in bad area, but plenty od courier companies deliverers with no issues. They were happy to take the order, but nothing has arrived. After 2 days (food already defrosted) started to chase the company to find out, that APC won't deliver to my postcode. And they haven't even tried to contact me, the only option I had was to pick it up from their depot (working times same as mine), no option to collect at pickup point (got none). Avoid or expect problems.

I placed my order and paid extra for next day delivery. I was told that a time slot would be available the evening before the delivery. That did not happen. Today, delivery day I had absolutely no idea what time my drop off was scheduled for. From 8am I tried calling the depot and finally at 9.30 I got through to someone. I was told that I would be number 17 on the drivers list and should expect my delivery to arrive around 1pm. Shortly after ending the conversation a text arrived stating that my delivery would be between 7am and noon. Interesting as this was now 9.32 am!! I have waited in all day and it is now 7.55pm and no delivery. I did not have much success with tracking other than to say that my parcel was out for delivery. However, this evening I did find my reference number on APC PINPOINT and was delighted to discover that the driver was on his way. Apparently, the driver was currently at stop 12 and my delivery was stop 14. However, he was at location 12 as of 5.22 and it is now 8.40pm and his location remains unchanged. I conclude that stop 12 must be where he lives, surely it cannot take 3 1/4 hours to make a delivery. Unfortunately, stop 13 and 14 (me) have had it ! If Pinpoint is accurate, does that mean that my goods remain in the van and parked overnight on the street ? There has been no attempt at delivery, no card. I am furious to say the least. Writing reviews is not something I normally do and if I do, it is usually a positive one. One star is not justifiable but it appears that I have to agree to give one in order to leave my review. Just looked at where the depot is and apparently it is 0.9 miles from my house in South east London which is currently 4 minutes by car. In this case, how can a non delivery be justified ?

Unfortunately didn't have a choice about choosing this company. Got a random text saying that my medication will be delivered when I'm in work, so I missed it. I booked a redelivery for 2 days later (a Saturday) and they sent the parcel back to the sender on the Friday, completely ignoring my request for a redelivery on the Saturday. Guess I'll just die.

Awful service next day delivery is all lies says out of delivery but they hate delivering on Saturdays. Skipton depot. I waited in when said out for delivery and didn't come, I emailed them too. Really unhelpful I got another parcel coming with them and I expect no less (Apc overnight) more like (apc whenever) Ots should be your correct title as a company
