Unhelpful and can't even deliver to the correct address. Tried contacting them when they said the parcel had been delivered. Do not answer phone or reply to emails. Shame I can't give a zero.

Absolutely useless company! Lies all the time! Don't delivery items in time. Avoid this company.

I'd give it 0 if I could. Didn't deliver when they emailed and said they would. Didn't prioritise the next day. Didn't deliver the next day. Didn't give a damn when we called to complain.

Useless, I don't even know if they have or have lost my package as the depot wont pick up the phone or respond to emails. Contacting APC directly and they simply say, you need to speak to the depot. I have been trying to make contact for days.

Missed delivery of item on 15/02, driver left (sorry we missed you) card. Advice given on card was to reschedule delivery, which I did for 17/02. Delivery arrived on 16/02 unannounced and left another (sorry we missed you) card. I have attempted to contact APC by phone several attempts and an email without any response to date. APC have contacted the supply of my item stating they will be returning item as they have made 2 attempts to deliver.

No communication. Did not let us know which day they were delivering and just turned up. Awful customer service who did not know where my parcel was even when checking the system. Rude driver who spoke to my neighbour and said my scanner isn't working so take this for next door. Any company that uses this courier will never be getting my custom ever again!

Worst courier service I had to deal in my life. This place needs to be shut. Bolton site on first place. Ignorance management. Rubbish drivers. No answers for emails. No attempts for re delivery. No call cards. Good luck

Terrible company.....actually they are liars as well! Would stay well clear of this so called courier service. No delivery, say they have been and left a card and haven’t. Their overall rating on trust pilot says it all really. Don’t know they are still in business. Just another bunch of chancers

Still waiting for my day 3 covid test. i work from home and have two dogs that sit by the door waiting for someone to bark at. The test hasn't arrived but according to APC they came to the address "..and found it closed." Well, I am here, my dogs are here, neighbours both sides of me have been home all morning. APC say a card has been put through my door. Nope. It hasnt. i think your courier is telling untruths. Now, where is my day three test?

This is a scam company. Once you pay the money, they don’t even turn up to collect the parcel! I switched to DPD and they were cheaper and more reliable, I’d advise others to avoid APC.

Did not like the way staff spoke to the workers or treated thrm thry need reporting to the authorities. And exposing. Saw them treating workers like dirt and threatening them making them work hard no break put me off warehouses. One said his wages were small he was nearly in tears.

My delivery came out a day early, guess what as we weren't expecting there was no one in, since then l tried phone then, no answer, rebooked my delivery online, still never turned up, and sent emails, with no response, this company is useless, not worth one star

Absolutely awful courier service, have waited in for three days for This delivery to not turn up, I have been contacting the depot centre and they keep saying it’s in the transit out for delivery 😂 it’s clearly not. Drove 40minutes to collect the parcel for them to not be able to find it on the system and then say it’s out for delivery for then not to be delivered once again. Even though I phoned the day before and told the agent I’d personally pick up my order the day I said. No one knows what they are doing and seem to keep fobbing you off with excuses “it’s out for delivery today”. I’d never recommended this service to anyone or use it again.

Applying service. They have had my parcel now for 3 weeks and not once has delivery been attempted. Emailed 3 times no reply. Rang 3 times (on hold over an hour ) but on each occasion I was promised it would be delivered the following day and it’s never turned up. I wouldn’t order from any company again which use this delivery service.

Absoloutley shocking service, I missed a delivery on 18th January, I rearranged it for the following day knowing someone would be in no one turned up, I have rang waited in a queue to be finally 1st in the queue then the phone just rings and rings no answer, I have also emailed them with no reply, I work in customer services myself and I expected better than this. Absoloutley appalling they either need more staff or they need to sort out the staff they have got, im now without my parcel and I'll be surprised if I even get it, money thrown away
