Shocking service, 3 times failed to deliver even though we’re at end of road. Would never use this company

They provide a really bad service. My ARGOS parcel was splitted by two, the first one was left at the entrance of the building as "a safe place", also, was delivered a previous day to the plot I chose obviously because I would be at home. For the second order I contacted to the manager by email and he said that the driver will be informed that I will be at home waiting for the delivery and they had to call to open the gate just in case this was closed. I personally open the gate so the driver had just to push it to enter but 9.07 I received an email saying they missed me. No call, no card. The APC costumer service couldn't find the order number on the system and nobody was able to attend the call by phone. A total mess. Disorganised and unreliable.

I received a text saying my parcel would be delivered on a certain date so i waited in all day and booked workmen for the next day, however, when i phoned up to ask where my parcel was they told me (on a call and via email) that they hadn't yet got my item. If thats the case, DON'T SEND A TEXT WITH A DELIVERLY DATE ON THEN

Only delivered 1 item out of 2. Driver said he had 5 tons of parcels and only a small van so he just did the small ones and left the rest behind

Do not trust. APC drivers claim items are delivered, take fake pictures that only show the item, not even the door number. As the item is recorded as delivered, there is nothing you can do. It is a "legal" way of stealing your items. The company should investigate these suspicious deliveries. Our item was never delivered and a fake photo was displayed.

Looks like I’m not the only one who had false delivery instructions. As most are saying here,, parcel not delivered at the time and on the day stated in emails. I had to go to local sorting unit which was around 25 miles away and pick it up myself. It wouldn’t have been so bad if there was some kind of communication letting folk know that there had been a problem with the delivery. Wasted time waiting around for nothing. Disappointed !!!

Completely hopeless delivery firm. A parcel from Loch Fyne (FRESH SALMON) was dispatched by them to APC on 21/11/22 for delivery on 22/11/22. Had a text from APC saying would deliver on 22/11/22 - stayed in all day - no show. Sent an email to local depot requesting clarification - got no response. On 23/11/22 got further text saying would deliver between 6pm and 8 pm - again no show. Further text on 24/11/22 saying would deliver in afternoon. By now perishable FRESH salmon has been in transit for 4 days and not fit for consumption. Contacted Loch Fyne who advised dm not to accept the parcel (if indeed it ever arrived). Had my money refunded. Loch Fyne should ditch using Apc overnight. Apc need to get a grip - maybe start calling yourself "Apc over several (possibly many) nights. What a shower!

Delivery driver rang the buzzer asked what floor I told him top the fourth never delivered my parcel as my lift is being refurbished was going to meet him on the second floor then has the cheek to say no access very disappointed 🤦‍♀️

I don't know why anyone would ever use this shower. If anything goes wrong, which it obviously did with the one and only delivery I sent, you can't speak to anyone. You can use their live chat and be told that you'll get a response in 1-3 working days (I'm on day three and had no contact). You might as well take your parcel and chuck it in the bin.

Terrible service - next day delivery was promised for yesterday - nothing arrived - eventually live tracking showed the van had returned to the depot. Depot reception assured me this morning that the items would be delivered today and live tracking would work when the van left the depot by 9.30am. No live tracking available all day. Received an email from APC customer service assuring me the items would be delivered today... Also received an email from Appliances Direct (another terrible company) from whom I bought the items assuring me items would be delivered today at 4.11pm No answer at the APC Depot since lunchtime today. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS ARRIVED YET - WHERE ARE MY ITEMS. DISGUSTING SERVICE

On Saturday, an APC driver claimed no-one at home. 3 of us in the house at the time, back door wide open but the driver shoved a card into front door & left. His office sent him back soon after - we’d been his last drop of the day so I assumed he’d just wanted to get away in a hurry. No signature needed, just a photo of the item next to a van so he didn’t need to actually hand it to me. Today, Wednesday, another package due to be delivered. This time, I was standing in the room right next to the front door but with hoover running so didn’t hear doorbell. Back door once again wide open & builder in the kitchen. No attempt to get our attention. Contacted office - no, if we found driver, they wouldn’t hand it over to us. No, he couldn’t attempt to drop it off again today, tomorrow at the earliest (not sure there’s much point - unless I’m standing in the drive for the 2-hour delivery slot, there’s little chance of him delivering anyway!) Absolutely appalling service & I am reporting this back to the supplier & suggesting they switch to a courier who actually delivers!

If I could leave a 0 for a review, I would! have been in contact APC overnight uk, and I want to say what a rude lady that worked for this company! The delivery times are not good enough for someone who works a normal day job! They told me they only deliver twice!! I left notes on the door and emailed them to say to deliver to a neighbour! which never happened. I'm never accepting a parcel from that company again. The lady told me it's my problem that I can't collect it and that the item isn't mine until it's been delivered even though I have paid for it! not happy at all! utter joke! so so so disappointed! Never Again. Be warned not to use this Company.

No customer service ,cannot get hold of anybody at any depot by phone.Sent an email no reply,downloaded app , it’s telling me there is no such parcel with this tracking no so my expected tv does not exist .Why does anybody use this company I have never had a good experience with them.Retailers charge another tenner and send with DPD which will come onto your app and show how easy it is to track a parcel , going to now have a drink🍷🍺 as my tv has not turned up and I need to forget about this sorry excuse for a courier form TW Bristetr

Didn’t arrive when they were supposed to - they said there were traffic problems accessing our street but we live on a quiet cul de sac. I waited in all day and now I have to be at home another day. What an unacceptably poor service

They have failed to deliver my package on 3 occassions. As we are in a new build we are difficult to find. We requested that they call us when they arrive which they refused to do on all occassions as its at the drivers discretion. Rude and unhelpful staff at the call centre. Driver had only left the area 5 minutes and they refused to call him. I would score this company a zero if that was an option. Do not use at any costs.

Useless courier company that has misplaced not one but five of mt parcels in the last year. They send emails with no hint of what is being delivered, who they're coming from and what post code they're delivering to. Customer service agents are as brain-dead as the delivery drivers this company employs.

Incompetent, and apalling service. A tracking system that says the item is delivered, when it is not. Prolonged waiting time to get through to customer service call handlers who are polite but ineffective at resolving the problem. Apparently they cannot trace the outstanding item in their internal tracking system. The end result is that I have an incomplete order, which is of no use to me, neither can I cancel the order as part of it has been delivered. What an unnecessary mess they have created.

Still awaiting my parcel. Missed my first slot, my error. Rearranged for a good day. Waited all day (time slot was approx 2-4.30pm). No parcel, no message. Tracker was hit and miss all day. Rang first thing this morning and after 8+ attempts someone answered, told driver had ran out of time. Told they will try again today but I was last in the que (really? most other companies would prioritize the ones THEY missed for fairly early in the day). She was polite but unhelpful, and whilst she didn't have to, told me she'd also email me with regards to what we had discussed and my options. No email so now I have to sadly rate an actual person as poor for not following through after saying they would. Time slot given for between 3 and 6. Had to get someone to sit in for me as I was at work. No parcel, no message, again tracker all over the place (yes ok they're not perfect, although Amazon I can see the driver in the next street just as my phone says he is...just saying). This company clearly never answer their phones, I call rubbish that they're that busy, I can get a hold of my doctors quicker and that is definitely saying something these days!! I was told this morning that if they did not deliver I could go and collect. I cant even contact them to advise of doing this because they don't answer their phones and likely i would somehow get there only to find out my parcel is out for delivery and then for it not to be delivered of course judging how the last 2 days has gone, and have to repeat again. Since its still stuck in "redelivery arranged" I cannot even reschedule. Its stuck in limbo... Wonder if they will try to redeliver tomorrow since its Saturday and apparently Saturdays are only for when the seller requests it. Wonder if I'll be back of the que again? Wonder if i'll get more then an automated response. If i'm able to edit, i'll update.
