Went through to Grantham depot, got a reply from a lady talking complete rubbish about my parcel out for delivery last Wednesday. Told me it had been put on the van and taken off again due not enough room ! I told her the driver was 5 minutes away from me, she went on to say that you do not follow the parcel but follow the van. I think that would obvious as the parcel couldn’t drive it’s self!! I big it should be out for delivery tomorrow, I will be waiting but not holding my breath!

These delivery service is a total waste of time... How they still run as a business is a mirical.... No help...when you finally get through to them they lie to you and tell you they will get in contact with you and just give you a run around... Total waste of time if you ever see this company being used to deliver your parcel I urge you not to use them... They are the worst delivery company I've ever come across in my entire 56 years of living on this earth

Totally Dreadful to deal with!!! Four parcels sent by the same person, three of them arrive, the forth does not, ironically it was the largest of the four parcels. Rang APC's customer helpline and was told it had been put out for delivery the next day. It didnt turn up so i called again (half an hour to get through each time i might add) this time the same girl told me it would be out for delivery soon but she didnt know when. That is now three days ago and still no sign of it! my advice to anyome would be if you need to be sure a parcel is going to get there in these difficult times use another company. Judging by some of the other reviews i'm not on my own either.

My parcel was meant to be delivered four times now and now on the 5th time they forgot one of the three things. It’s over two weeks since it was sent. Can’t get hold of anyone only told that the third element to my order was not loaded on the van... Last Thursday but will be out for delivery on Saturday surprise surprise not delivered again this is the 6th time is was supposed to be delivered.

Meat parcel sent from Cornwall on overnight service, arrived at depot on Wednesday, still not delivered by Saturday morning. If it ever comes it will be inedible. No response to 3 emails

I have had awful service multiple of times with this idiotic company. I never leave reviews but just keep clear or these morons. They need to be shut down. No help, no service and no delivery.

Absolute garbage wanting to get into contact after reading all these reviews to see if my package is going to be delivered today or not... And if I see a reply saying "get in touch with this email to get this problem investigated" I will be livid.... Instead of posting rubbish to make everyone think that you have resolved the issue ACTUALLY REPLY TO ME! as I have already rang 6 times for 3 minutes to be cut of everytime the service is absolutely abysmal service

Absolute garbage service. Still waiting 2+ weeks for a delivery, no tracking information provided, no customer service at all, I called multiple times and was hung up on. I obviously can't recommend anyone use this service.

I am still waiting for my delivery that was out on Wednesday 07:35 to be delivered. Start tracking the driver saw he was in the Lutton area at 13:23, my package number was 58 and he had just delivered 21. It then showed my expected time was now 16:19-18:19,an hour later showing time now 15:35-16:35. Checked at 16:23 to see he was at Baytree Garden Centre on the High Road, which is only 5 minutes away, waited until 16:35,checked again said there is no delivery information ! I tried ringing the Grantham depot I tried 5 times getting cut off, sent an email which said they will get back. Thursday at 09:30 rang again kept getting cut off,tried my mobile got cut off after 27 seconds, I was given the number of someone at Grantham left a message with a contact number still not heard anything! Also emailed Customer Service nothing from them yet! What's annoying me more is you pay for Next Day Delivery and it does not turn up, no apologies given by this company! To make things worse, I sent another delivery made by this company on the same day, this they received by 08:24 in Greater Manchester!

Ordered an item for next day delivery on Saturday 4th April so expecting Tuesday. Still not arrived nearly a week later. Depot won't answer the phone nobody returned my email. I got in touch with the seller who has also chased this up. I did have a message on Wednesday saying it would be delivered between 1949 and 2149 that night. Waited up till 11 to make sure but no delivery. Since then, there has been no contact. I've had to get my delivery charge reimbursed off of the seller and am close to pulling the sale from them altogether as so far I am £150 down in my bank but without the item that I purchased. I have been as patient as I know the current situation is difficult but its now good Friday so probably won't get this until Tuesday. A week and a half after I ordered. And that's if I get it Tuesday, which looking at the other reviews on here, I aren't holding out much hope for. Even a generic message saying you are struggling would go a long way but literally no contact or tracking info. Literally the worst courier service I have ever dealt with and I deal with all of them every day for my job.

There was no advance notice of delivery. Just a card through the door and when I called I was told I would have to pay another £10 to have a next day delivery or wait until after the Easter break- another 4 days! We had only gone around the corner to the park but every single neighbour was at home and would have gladly acknowledged the parcel had been delivered. With social distancing all other delivery companies are leaving parcels in the front garden. Why would your driver think a good solution was to take the parcel away for another 4 days in the Corona pandemic, when no one can leave home, unless I agree to pay more than twice the delivery charge to have you come back the next day (Good Friday)?

Absolutely dreadful - no card through the door. In the interim I emailed to instruct them to leave at the back of the house. The woman that answered the phone was dire and of no help whatsoever. When I explained that my husband has MS and that the item is needed (plus I cannot drive) I was told that there was nothing she could do. She could not have cared less and also would not provide the name of the owner. It is just awful - in this unprecedented time of worry and you have to deal with such inept and dreadful treatment.

Had a parcel delivered today by you the delivery driver was brilliant placed parcel on the floor knocked on door and stood back , opened the door he was smiling and pleasant, well done to you , made me smile with all that’s going on at the moment

I am still waiting for my parcel which should have been deelivered last Thursday. Then told Friday then Monday then Tuesday. Was not able to track the parcel yesterday or today as the tracking has been turned off. Have made several phone calls and sent email to no effect. No one has contacteded me from APC. I notice they keep responding on here for you to contact them and they will investigate? Has anyone on this site ever had a reply back from them.

I'm still waiting for my parcel which should have been delivered last Thursday then Friday then Monday and Tuesday. Was unable to track parcel and today as the tracking appears to have been switch off. Have contacted apc several time s by phone, voice message and email and no one from customer-relations have got back to me. Complete waste of time.

Absolutely shocking service from APC text me a time to be in for a delivery but turns up 2 hours early without knocking and leaves me a card sayin sorry we missed you. CALLED THE Alton depot to get him back and the women was disgustingly rude. I would NOT use these ever even if someone paid me. Very disappointed in APC

No email or txt, no updates. 3rd day comin and yet not recieved my delivery which was ment to have arrived on monday. Siting in the holding bay. You should state on your site about the delays. Instead it says APC delivering as normal. Very unhappy

Been waiting for a parcel to be delivered to me since Thursday 2nd April. Each time I have tracked the parcel only for it to be nearby and failing to be delivered. Today at 4.30 pm the van was in the next road from me near a chemist which I can walk to in 5 mins. When the van failed to appear at 5.11 pm I checked the traker again to find it was now 10 miles away in the opposite direction? What is going on I work for a transport company that deliver all over the country 24.hrs a day and if we carried on like this we would be out of buisness. This is the third time the parcel has not reach me and its strange that when I try to check the tracker again I find it is switched off. I have made 3 calls to the their office and each time I was told it would be delivered the last call was that I would receive it today Monday 6th April. I even sent a email last week but got no reply?
