I am beyond furious with the incompetence of this delivery company. My item was lost in transit and despite multiple promises, it never arrived. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be sure to avoid using them in the future.

They have no right to call themselves APC "Overnight". If overnight means: we will say your delivery is due; make you take time out of your day to wait for us while we're on the way; switch off tracking when apparently a few stops away; not deliver the item; give no further communication about your package... then yes... that counts as "overnight". To make things worse, this is their second attempt at delivery. Ruined my weekend and my chance at proposing to my partner. I have no clue why the jeweller chose them; probably very discounted rates because of how incompetent they are... you get what you pay for I guess. Avoid at all costs.

Helps if you actually knock on a door to see if someone is in rather than taking a photograph from the van window and then sending an email claiming that a card was put through the door which is obviously invisible or has been eaten by pixies! Just spoke to a friend in the same village as me who had a similar problem last week. Shocking!

They attempted delivery to my flat twice, I left a message on the online system advising that the bell was broken and to call when they are here. twice they didn't call or even knock on the door and left a sorry we missed you slip. the notification was left at 12:53 and I called there customer service team and spoke to someone within 5 minutes and they said they cant attempt another delivery today because the driver is now out of the area. I am waiting on vital medication which I now cannot get unless I go to the depo. utter failure of a delivery service

The driver actually came into my address car park took a picture of the block of flats opposite, didn't bother to look for the correct door number, well not the way to have your pets ashes delivered, my pet of 18 years ashes are currently out and about somewhere in a delivery van, they will try and get the driver to come back today, or otherwise tomorrow, really not on, my call was cut off 3 times, I got through on the last call, I will also be making a complaint to the crematorium for this also. The delivery was nearly an hour past the delivery time also, I guess the driver was in a rush.

Absolutely shocking service! I dont understand how these are still business. Received a notification stating the estimated delivery window. Called up an hour past it to make sure it was still being delivered, to be told it will now be delivered the following day. I explained it was a fresh meat delivery and could it be delivered as early as possible. The best they could offer was a pre 12pm. Called up the following day at 12pm to make sure it was still coming. They told me it hadn't gone out so it will be Monday. Used them twice and twice this has happened.

Apc huyton Liverpool, are the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. Blaming the merchant when they had the parcel for 2 weeks. Parcel Went out on the van 5 times and went back the depo each night. Offered to pick it up but they couldn’t guarantee it to be there. Absolute joke Mickey Mouse firm

Worst Fourier service said they attempted delivery and left a card lies came following day should have delivered by 3.00 cam at 6.00pm only after phoning head office driver stated he didn’t give it toss if it was late or not as he was franchise and could get a job anywhere despite emails and left phone no one got back to me will never buy off a company that uses APC as delivery firm

Had a package coming so waited home for 2 days with calling cards put in the letter box without ringing the door bell did not bother me so thought i would ring to arrange to go collect it instead only to find extremely rude staff at the other end of the phone calling me a lier and wouldn't let me get a word in, was telling me my car wasn't on the drive and they couldn't see my husband outside evan tho i waisted 2 days waiting in for them! Very very rude at aylesford branch hopefully no one will send parcels to me thro them again!

*CONSUMER BEWARE* This is a company that takes absolutely no responsibility for their poor service. They fail to deliver on time, blame the sender, and then after the event, give the same standard reply to complaining customers on this platform. If you're looking for an urgent, overnight delivery, then please find yourself a reliable company! Our parcel was collected from the sender on the 19th Dec and was for urgent delivery on or before 23rd. This was confirmed by the sender. ACP sent a text stating the delivery would be made on the 23rd, and for some reason, their driver did not turn up. When contacted, they blamed the sender saying, 'We don't have the parcel. The details in the system were manifested by the sender.' Included was the weight of the parcel, collection date, my delivery details, and overnight delivery instructions. I was told to go back to the sender, which I'm realising now was simply ACP trying to pass responsibility for such abysmal service. The parcel arrived today, 30th December, and was stamped 19th December. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They DON'T give a toss if your parcel is delivered on time or not. Not even worthy of one star.

If I could give this company 0 I would. Avoid it at all costs. I have a turkey in transit that is now over 36 hrs late. Had to quickly go out and purchase another this morning. There is also a second package that was sent (Consignment Service Code: LP16 Next Business Day Liquid Parcel) on 21st December and I'm still waiting. Informed today (30/12/22) that the turkey will be delivered later this morning. Way to go APC!! Shame, I will have to decline receipt of a rancid turkey? Still no mention of my other order that I was informed will be put out for delivery today. I certainly hope businesses read these reviews before using this company.

Absoluting shocking service, both from the customer service line and the delivery driver. There's been no attempt to gain access to my property, when all other couriers delivery directly to my door with no problem. I've just checked my delivery status, to find they weren't able to gain access and made no attempt to contact me to resolve the issue. I've made sure my mobile phone was readily available to avoid any complications. I called the customer service line, who refused to re-call the driver to deliver my parcel and stated the driver did nothing wrong. If I purchase anything online and APC are the nominated delivery courier, I will be cancelling my order immediately.

Absolutely terrible courier service. Unprofessional and dishonest. I have unfortunately dealt with this company twice and can say that they are at least consistently poor! Today, the lazy driver claims he “attempted” delivery. This was supposedly supported by a photograph of the main entrance into my building. One is required to actually use the intercom, the door doesn’t magically open by itself and invite you in. It’s called security! The driver also claims that he called me which he did not! My conversation with the customer service rep was even more enlightening as she went to great lengths stating the following: “I know this driver personally and he is one of the strongest drivers we have”. “I know this driver personally and he is one of the hardest working drivers we have”. She further went on to explain how the weight and size of my parcel would have taken up a lot of space in this drivers van that could’ve accommodated smaller parcels. So sis he attempt to deliver it or not? This only confirms the driver had no intention of attempting to deliver it. Was it even on the drivers van? If you are so adamant he attempted to deliver it because you know him personally why the diatribe about the weight, size taking up room in his van. A lot of over explaining here, a little suspect! Nevertheless they have apparently rescheduled delivery for tomorrow! I have raised a complaint directly with the furniture company and will not hesitate to cancel my order and request a refund if the item is not delivered tomorrow. I am so looking forward to coming back here tomorrow to leave another review! My first experience in September with APC where my employer had booked their services for return of my IT kit which consisted of two laptops, one monitor, keyboard and cables. The unprofessional disgruntled driver complained on arrival because there were 3 boxes and complained that he only had one label (even though I had printed off the label 3 times and fixed them to each parcel?). Luckily I had taken pictures of each of the labelled boxes and sent to my employer detailing which items were in which box. The following day I received a call from my employer after they had only received one item (the monitor) - both laptops and cables had not been delivered to them when I chased this up a week later they still had not received the laptops! So as stated APC are consistently poor, unreliable and unprofessional and this review site only confirms this further. My advice APC - Do not offer your services to furniture companies and organisations with parcels of a particular weight and size that your incompetent drivers are not prepared to deliver this just makes you look bad amongst your competitors - your reviews and reputation speaks volumes. Over promising and under delivering at this level is astonishing. Jemima does nothing but apologise here, where’s the solution? Is Jemima ok? I’m genuinely concerned for her, is she being supported by her management - can’t be easy spending the majority of her time writing apologies to these reviews. I look forward to returning here tomorrow with another review on this rescheduled delivery. I hope another company is is not processing yet another refund for an undelivered item.. Happy New Year..

Never left a card , no options to choose from if on route and no one home . Had to organise before parcel left depot but no prior notice so how that works ?? Dismal service , waiting for Christmas lights for outdoors still waiting … no lights this year

Delivery kept being delayed until "tomorrow" for 4 days straight and then the parcel was returned to the sender by the warehouse by mistake. I contacted the company that I bought the item from and they said APC couldn't give any reason as to why the parcel was sent back to them, they were as confused as I was. The company is now paying to send it to me by Royal Mail tracked. Won't be buying anything from anyone who uses APC, terrible customer service.

Due a delivery of a piece of 48h rental equipment, 'attempted delivery' email at the end of the day yet I was home all day to wait for my parcel and no card through the door. Useless helpdesk and now have paid for something I never received.
