Again and again - just like the old (now bankrupted) 'City-Link' used to do, drivers just leave a card and don't make any effort to deliver, as the APC clearly make it easier to simply return parcels to their depot and then force customers to collect. Perhaps the Post Office isn't the only one paying staff peanuts and treating staff like hens - Cheep..cheep approach > Poor..poor service > Cluck..cluck for shareholders.

Had a delivery scheduled this afternoon, got message saying attempted delivery at 15:07. I have cameras that clearly proves no one came near the house, no card through the door. Have scheduled it for tomorrow now I expect the the will happen again, if so will be contacting the sender

Absolutely terrible service. They tried to deliver once, I called them and gave them precise instructions on where to leave it. They ignored them. I then spent 30 minutes on the phone going through the whole thing again and it didn't turn up. I then spent another 30 minutes on the phone to them and then they didn't even try and send it out to me. Then after ANOTHER call they were meant to deliver on Tuesday. Nothing came. I called them on the Friday and they told me that they have lost it. That was their words "lost it". Absolute joke.

Awful company. Why do sellers use this firm!!!!! Waiting for a item and when a week has almost passed and not received it I contacted the seller to ask where it is. They said they used these idiots to deliver the item and two delivery attempts had been made. NO CALLER CARDS LEFT ON EITHER ATTEMPTS!!!!! I had no idea they had tried to deliver!!! Phoned the depot and they are refusing to deliver my item as two attempts had been made, expecting me to drive 30mins to collect the item. If they would have left caller cards I could have arranged for the item to be delivered when I was at home!!!! Must be the cheapest delivery courier as I'm not sure why else seller would use this service. The item will be returned to the seller as I'm not spending 5 pounds driving to collect it or wasting my time due to their incompetence. So they will be paying to return the item. Great logic yeaglh

3 boxes clearly labelled fragile were “dumped” nowhere near my home. Nobody contacted me. I had to search the area to find them based on the photo provided. Boxes were clearly labelled fragile but looked like they had been kicked all the way there! Contents (plants) were all crushed and snapped - £500 worth!! Have contacted the company but nobody has bothered to reply to me.

Incompetent and useless. Day 3 and delivery still not recieved. Day 1. Driver claims couldnt find address. He never called me as is on the delivery instructions and sent this as screenshot for proof to Manager Kelsey who tried to tell me that wasnt true. Day 2. Driver didnt even bother to deliver. Could see on map tracking at locations around my address and then went off to another town. Day 3. Delivery still not here and company blaming it on a 'new driver' but he managed to make all his other deliverys and that is not a good enough excuse. When I said it needs to arrive today and at this point it needs to be prioritised as youve made empty pomisses day after day.. they flat out said 'ahh no sorry'. My address is on a main road and you just have to put it on google maps. Driver lied and didnt call me and now three days later I am still with out my parcel. Avoid this company and any company that uses them as a courier. Can see below they only repond to positive comments.

Consignment not delivered . We were told earlier that our consignment was due between 1430 and 1630 , then told 1630 and 1830 Nothing arrived as expected and staff have waited on the premises to lock up. 2045 and the driver is a no show!! Emailed customer service asking why they did not let us know ! apparently its too difficult and they are short of staff in their office. Although managed to send two expected delivery time notices !! Poor customer care for both the sender and recipient.

They said to the company that they tried to deliver twice which is not the truth. After many complaints, which is obvious from reading the other reviews - they still make it difficult for the companies to give instructions to LEAVE IN A SAFE PLACE - if the customer is not in to sign for it. All other couriers notify the person receiving the delivery and their e mail or text message has choices where to leave the delivery. One year later after many complaints, they still do not care enough to change their process of the customer being able to tick a box and say where they wish the delivery to be left and accept responsibility for it. DO NOT ACCEPT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - UNTIL THEY CHANGE THE PROCESS TO THE SAME MODEL AS OTHER COURIER COMPANIES.

PERSISTENTLY INCOMPETENT! Took 4 days and 20 miles of totally unnecessary driving to receive parcel. 08/05/24: No-one available so drop-off shop selected for next day. 09/05/24: Shop refused parcel as no APC data sent. 10/05/24: Failed to dispatch parcel at all! Home delivery arranged by phone for next day. 11/05/24: Parcel dispatched to shop despite home delivery arranged. Date of experience: 11 May 2024

As a recipient, nominating a delivery point when you aren’t at home is a complete waste of time. I now have to make a claim against the supplier as delicate pond plants were left by APC in direct sunlight.

Absolutely disgraceful!! No stars . I waited in all day yesterday & most of the evening for our parcel . Although the tracking said it was on the van and gave us a time. I am absolutely furious as I lost a days work . Telephoned the next morning to be told it wouldn’t be delivered untill two days later . They s said that it couldn’t be left in a safe place , as we hadn’t ticked a box during ordering process . I explained that I give permission for them to leave it , he said he will try to sort it out . We can’t keep having days off work !!! Anyway you couldn’t scrip the next installment 🙈. My husband called to the depot on his way back from work, to wait for half an hour and then be told the parcel containing cans of beer had been totally crushed . Then told that he has to do all the running around to get in touch with the company he ordered from for a refund. Absolutely disgraceful service . If he hadn’t of called into the warehouse we would still be waiting. They obviously had no intention of informing us . Don’t use this company it’s a shambles.

Expected delivery, sit in all day, no sign. Ring to be told driver has started his collections for the day. Are u joking? No warning, no notification, nothing. Absolutely disgusting!

The consignment number refuses to track and the telephone number is useless. Just a prerecorded message on a loop. No live chat. This is worse than EVRI and that's saying something!

No attempt at delivery, with security camera to prove it, but received attempted delivery message via the tracking system. Funnily enough no “we missed you” card either through the door. Very frustrating when you wait in specifically for a parcel.

You did not deliver today as you were supposed to. Customer service shocking too. Customer service suggested the driver was left to decipher and rearrange his deliveries accordingly. NEXT DAY IN MY OPINION MEANS NEXT DAY!!!!! NOT WHEN THE DRIVER FEELS HE WANTS TO DELIVER. The retailer has refunded our next day delivery fee. Will see if the consignment turns up tommorow. If it doesn’t the credit card company will be contacted for a refund. Shocking service from this company.

We ordered a very important item for 9am delivery. No sign of the package by noon. We were then told 3pm and by 4pm still no sign. We were then told by end of day and we were 10 delivery slots away. Next day still no sign of our package, we were promised the delivery would be by 1pm, then guaranteed by 3:05pm. 4pm came still no sign, still waiting for tis package so whenever it arrives they get a one star review. Absolutely terrible company.

I am a disabled man, only partial use of one arm. This joke of a company delivered something I bought from Ebay. I answered the intercom and driver said "I have two big heavy packages and you need to come and give me a hand" Firstly then they should have sent two of you. Secondly I can't. He then chuntered away bringing the packages to the bottom of the fifteen steps up to my apartment, and as he walked in he slammed the door, like a belligerent child. I watched as he easily managed both packages to my front door before sarcastically telling me "thanks for your help" to which I snapped and told him to get the f**k out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BY CHOICE, I am absolutely disgusted by this experience and will be raising this with the retailer. If I could give 0 stars I can assure you I would.

Almost always over an hour later than the end of the two hour window. No warning. Very misleading tracking (on the rare times there is tracking) as it often skips past my number and goes back to 1. Extremely unacceptable.

Yet again my delivery has been misappropriated. Every delivery has been short My latest one wasn't even delivered to my address. The delivery was apparently delivered to an address a mile away from me. The photo taken doesn't show the packages at the location. I've been to visit the other address and the householder hasn't seen the packages. Apc employ thieves
