Terrible experience! Sent a birthday present to my friend and paid for next day delivery and the parcel went out for delivery the next day. My friend spent her birthday waiting for a present that never came. Sent an email to the company and was ignored then called up and a redelivery was booked and surprise suprise it’d been sent to the wrong door.

could someone tell me why the opening times listed in Google of the ACP pick up depot in Surbiton are completely wrong. Have been wrong for ages and no one in ACP seems to be making any effort to correct the listed opening times online?

Driver clearly a liar saying attempted delivery, i've sat in my kitchen window with full view of my path leading to my door plus cctv nobody has been to my home this morning I'm fuming now i've got to take another day of work plus i will never buy from the retailer Fjuka Fishing Bait as long as they use APC Im sure they will be very happy losing a customer not that they can afford it because of incompetence and Blatant liars which is one thing i cannot stand

Appalling service, delivery attempts were made on 28 and 29 May 2024. No attempt was made to leave with a neighbour or leave in a safe place as other courier companies tend to do. I went online, the tracking stated that there had been two attempts to make a delivery. There was an option to collect, I clicked this and arranged to collect on 10 June as I was not due in work on that day. I made the 13 mile journey (26 mile round trip) to the APC depot in Cannock. After looking for the package the staff informed me that it had been returned to sender. I asked why the online information hadn't been updated to say this. I was just told it wouldn't be, this seems extremely inefficient and unhelpful. When I returned home later that day and phoned the company that I had ordered the goods to request if they could redeliver to an alternative address. They also advised that the APC tracking information they had access to stated that the item was due for collection on 10 June. Ot had not been returned to them ! The company are now requesting that APC deliver to an alternative address, so presumably the goods are at the depot in Cannock. An absolute diabolical service and overall experience.

APC has failed to deliver at least 4 out 10 orders as promised. It is becoming a pattern. There are prople in their network who take personal responsibility for the problems. For example, someone named Charlotte made an effort to personally deliever my parcel after hours, and with her daughter in tow after picking her up from school. But she seems to be the finger in dyke of a company that cannot seem to deliever on the precise thing they offer: overnight delivery. In most cases, I would have been better off electing for the cheaper, Royal Mail option. At least then my expectations may not have been consistently frustrated.

Rescheduled delivery as could not wait in on day and got someone to sit nxt day and wait for delivery which then did not come. Tracked delivery and found out that THEY had rescheduled for the day after without telling me. I can’t get anyone to wait for delivery again so items will be returned to seller and I will be complaining to seller.

In efficient unreliable incompetent company no communication fail to deliver no tracking service do not accept telephone calls from humans

Terrible! Paid an extra £8 for the goods to be delivered within 2 days. As it was a 40th birthday gift. Tried to contact them over the couple of days. Just replied with a email saying how quick they would respond? Also when you call it’s a constant answer phone message. I just received a email every morning with a different time slot which never arrived?? They were only up the road so I would have collected from the depot if I could have got a response. Got it 4 days after the expected date!! Not a happy customer! Avoid whenever you can!!

Paid for premium next day Saturday delivery. Waited in all day for a delivery of frozen raw dog food. No sign of it and no update on the tracking. That's alot of food and money wasted because it will no doubt be ruined by the time it appears.

Bunch of liars. Delivery delayed by a day, no explanation whatsoever. Then waited in for delivery, received a text that they attempted to deliver which is a lie as their GPS and carded photo puts them 3 miles down the road. Don't mind slower service, just don't deceive your customers. Disgusting.

Awful customer service. No option to deliver during the weekend or select a time during the day that you can make sure to be in for. Completely impossible for anyone who works to get any deliveries. Had a large parcel out for delivery today - was given a window of 1-3pm(this morning) and even then they attempted to deliver at 430pm. At which point I had to be at work but was on my way back. Explained this to the driver (I would be back within 10 minutes) but they were not willing to make any accomodations. Now I have re-scheduled to collect but even this has to be done monday-friday. This is impossible for me. So fustrated with the whole process

Waited for a parcel worth 4500 pounds got a delivery time slot but they never turned up, then got an email saying delivered, absolute liars, took a day off work for this and waited in all day, got cameras too showing they never turned up, Contacted APC and they said the tracking number doesn't exist and they had no parcel on the system for my address. I asked why I had 2 emails from them one saying out for delivery with a 2 hour delivery slot and one saying delivered. She couldn't answer me. Have contacted seller to sort this out.

Damaged a boxed Carbon Fibre Escort MK2 Boot Lid worth £650 - Their corrupt claims process didn't want to know. We have been a customer for over 12 years - In the last 12 - 24 Months they regularly deliver parcels late, with more damage claims having to be made !!!!!!!!!

Again and again - just like the old (now bankrupted) 'City-Link' used to do, drivers just leave a card and don't make any effort to deliver, as the APC clearly make it easier to simply return parcels to their depot and then force customers to collect. Perhaps the Post Office isn't the only one paying staff peanuts and treating staff like hens - Cheep..cheep approach > Poor..poor service > Cluck..cluck for shareholders.

Had a delivery scheduled this afternoon, got message saying attempted delivery at 15:07. I have cameras that clearly proves no one came near the house, no card through the door. Have scheduled it for tomorrow now I expect the the will happen again, if so will be contacting the sender

Absolutely terrible service. They tried to deliver once, I called them and gave them precise instructions on where to leave it. They ignored them. I then spent 30 minutes on the phone going through the whole thing again and it didn't turn up. I then spent another 30 minutes on the phone to them and then they didn't even try and send it out to me. Then after ANOTHER call they were meant to deliver on Tuesday. Nothing came. I called them on the Friday and they told me that they have lost it. That was their words "lost it". Absolute joke.

Awful company. Why do sellers use this firm!!!!! Waiting for a item and when a week has almost passed and not received it I contacted the seller to ask where it is. They said they used these idiots to deliver the item and two delivery attempts had been made. NO CALLER CARDS LEFT ON EITHER ATTEMPTS!!!!! I had no idea they had tried to deliver!!! Phoned the depot and they are refusing to deliver my item as two attempts had been made, expecting me to drive 30mins to collect the item. If they would have left caller cards I could have arranged for the item to be delivered when I was at home!!!! Must be the cheapest delivery courier as I'm not sure why else seller would use this service. The item will be returned to the seller as I'm not spending 5 pounds driving to collect it or wasting my time due to their incompetence. So they will be paying to return the item. Great logic yeaglh

3 boxes clearly labelled fragile were “dumped” nowhere near my home. Nobody contacted me. I had to search the area to find them based on the photo provided. Boxes were clearly labelled fragile but looked like they had been kicked all the way there! Contents (plants) were all crushed and snapped - £500 worth!! Have contacted the company but nobody has bothered to reply to me.

Incompetent and useless. Day 3 and delivery still not recieved. Day 1. Driver claims couldnt find address. He never called me as is on the delivery instructions and sent this as screenshot for proof to Manager Kelsey who tried to tell me that wasnt true. Day 2. Driver didnt even bother to deliver. Could see on map tracking at locations around my address and then went off to another town. Day 3. Delivery still not here and company blaming it on a 'new driver' but he managed to make all his other deliverys and that is not a good enough excuse. When I said it needs to arrive today and at this point it needs to be prioritised as youve made empty pomisses day after day.. they flat out said 'ahh no sorry'. My address is on a main road and you just have to put it on google maps. Driver lied and didnt call me and now three days later I am still with out my parcel. Avoid this company and any company that uses them as a courier. Can see below they only repond to positive comments.

Consignment not delivered . We were told earlier that our consignment was due between 1430 and 1630 , then told 1630 and 1830 Nothing arrived as expected and staff have waited on the premises to lock up. 2045 and the driver is a no show!! Emailed customer service asking why they did not let us know ! apparently its too difficult and they are short of staff in their office. Although managed to send two expected delivery time notices !! Poor customer care for both the sender and recipient.
